I don't want to fish thru the last 192 pages, but I have a few questions that have probably been covered.
If the hearings are scheduled, what does that mean/include?
Are they involved in the hearing, or only int he process leading up to it?
Who makes up the members?
Do the accused players get the opportunity to defend or explain themselves to the committee members?
Or is this all cut and dry for the committee. They receive all the collected info, analyse it, and render a decision?
