So they can work out with one of the coaches on staff...but can't sit in on a meeting? Got it.

Strength and conditioning coaches are always exempt from "no contact" time, aren't they?So they can work out with one of the coaches on staff...but can't sit in on a meeting? Got it.
OK I'll admit that this is getting ridiculous in the sense that it seems BK is not even being kept in the loop.
Side note: I'm in enemy territory geared out in ND swag.
When the real news comes out could we start a new thread? Just so we don't keep coming back to this god-foresaken thread to see if something is new. BTW...what do you think about how ND has been handling this and what do you think of the process?![]()
Honestly don't blame these kids one bit if they decide not to come back even if some are cleared. Absolute joke by ND administration. Almost want BK to bolt for the NFL at this point.
They've been working with Longo??

Well I can tell you whomever started this thread is vretired.

3.) I'm sure Bk has to be pretty hot over all this...
I just don't understand how ND ... would allow "contact" with a coach, despite them being suspended from all team related activities.
IF all,or some, of the players are cleared tomorrow, there will be a public relations backlash from many skeptics, mostly those who do not like ND anyway. With fan, parental, alumni, student, donor pressure, coupled with the pronouncement by the coach that the players "will play", it would seem like a capitulation by the administration done solely for the purposes of appeasement and clearance for the rivalry game. Right or wrong, full investigation or not, that will be the appearance.
That said, I hope any and all players cleared tomorrow get to participate in the UM thumping.
I wonder... how many fans are as tuned in as we are?No matter what happens, at this point, there will be "a public relations backlash from many skeptics"...
I wonder... how many fans are as tuned in as we are?
I talk to 'huge cfb fans' often enough to believe the 'average fan' is FAR less tuned in than the average IE'er... that may sound pompous but I believe it's true... my experience typically the average fan knows nothing of recruiting, is clearly regurgitating Cowheard or some other sensationalist... and isn't aware of any finer points.
Just me.
So back to that vine video... I watched the actual video, and a number 60 makes an appearance. So that is NOT Montelus. He's also wearing the white of the defense not blue of the offense.
Food for thought. It's either an unlisted defensive player with a number that begins with 6 (likely?) or its Russell.
I can't stand when people say 'I'm a huge CFB fan' and don't have a clue what's going on, or text me a day after something happens and are like 'did you hear'? Even worse when they say they're a 'huge ______' fan but cannot keep up with what's going on or what the starting lineup is like.
I don't care that they're not fans, just annoying when you have to talk for a minute to find out they're exaggerating their fanhood.
Longo is not a coach. He is a strength and conditioning coordinator.
You guys are all worked up because you think ND administration is slow in the investigation/decision . . . just imagine if you were FSU fans. A report is just coming out that they started the Winston alleged rape allegation investigation (required by Title IX) this August. December 2012 until August 2014! Ours has only been 3 weeks - lol.
The irony is there is a provision in Title IX, saying a university should not wait for the conclusion of criminal investigations. #FSUintegrity
