The only one of the four students (that are suspended) that is a graduate student is Kendall Moore.

I will wager at any institution in the world, the standards are judged as higher for a graduate student than an undergrad.

And if this cheating happened as an undergraduate, I would see it as a much lengthier and more complex disciplinary process for that graduate student.
