I'd forgotten about Misery. He was very good in that. Man, back in the 70's he just about lived at the Playboy mansion. He and Jack Nicholson were like a couple of fat kids at an all you can eat buffet. By all accounts, in his heyday, Caan got more tang than an astronaut.

I tell you who loved them some Bill Russell was my college baseball coach, Lance Hershberger. He’d always reference Russell over all the other greats…those rings were the thing. We never got one for the old man unfortunately, but damn close. And he’d preach Bill Russell stories all the time.

RIP, big man. Mad respect. The world’s greatest winner: Mr. Bill Russell.
