I was asked by a member through PM a couple of times to post a picture, and i have no idea how. How do you post pictures from your computer (say, taken from your own camera that are already on your computer) onto this site?
THANKS!

EDIT: NDOM thought it'd be a good idea to place pictures of ourselves and our significant others/buddies etc. If you don't mind us seeing your mug, have at it!

I was asked by a member through PM a couple of times to post a picture, and i have no idea how. Rather than PM a bunch of you, I thought I'd just ask the board. How do you post pictures from your computer (say, taken from your own camera that are already on your computer) onto this site? I just got a photobucket account, so I'm ready to do it that way. Keep in mind, you'll probably have to explain it to me like I am a 3rd grader, b/c technology is not my strength at all.

THANKS!

First upload the photo to photobucket.

Second after it is uploaded go to your album. When you scroll over the image options pop up. Saying this; Email, Direct Link, HTML Code, and IMG Code. Click the IMG Code it should copy on its own when you click on it.

Then just paste that code into any forum you want.

Hope that helps or was simple enough.

its simple dude...log into photobucket, click on the green 'Upload now' button.

then click 'Select photos and videos', use the dialog box to browse and locate the file on your computer.

once the file is uploaded, mouse over the pic and you will see your copy options: url, embedded info, etc.

Copy the code and paste it into a thread.

You da man bro!!!!!

The man in the suit (my wife's uncle) is a baller, a big-time booster for Michigan St. Great guy. Has flown several times with the team, sitting next to the head coach at times. Gotta million stories too. And of course I'm wearing my ND gear (ND sweatshirt that you can't see).

So NDinL.A., you really are hispanic...

(fantasy football draft day humor)

Yup...half Spanish (my pops) and half Dominican (my mom). Born and raised in the OC among the whites. Grew up playing soccer (Spain) and baseball (Dominican Republic), until I quickly realized the 'cool' sports were basketball and football (although soccer was and remains my best sport - it's the Spaniard in me LOL). I wish I was good enough to get a scholly to play football, but only got some nibbles in futbol.

Married a white girl to remind me of the OC LOL...

Thanks man! We had a great time, Sandals is an amazing resort!

Haven't been able to do too many things like that far from home. Been to Rosarito Beach in Mexico several years and Cabo San Lucas for a week once with my brothers and sister. Finally went to Hawaii for our honeymoon last year. Here's a pic of me 15 pds heavier than I am now (that summer, I pulled my hamstring, the Lakers won the NBA title and Spain won their first World Cup in history - there was a whole lotta drinking going on and not a lot of working out!)

So Sandals Jamaica is worth it??

Getting married Dec 30th this year so we are booking the honeymoon next week and it is "at the top of our list".

IMO, yes it is. There are several Sandals resorts in Jamaica to choose from ... Ocho Rios, Negril, The Whitehouse and Montego Bay. My wife and I stayed at Sandals Whitehouse 2 1/2 yrs. ago and loved it. Good luck on the marriage plans and have fun!

Sandals is definitely worth it!

We stay at the one in Ocho Rios( Grand Riviera). It is awesome.

Don't even have to leave the resort.

We also stayed at Sandals Royal Carribean in Montego Bay for our honeymoon. Both were amazing!

We have stayed at the Ocho Rios Sandals twice now and loved it. Bert, I actually know exactly where you are standing in your picture, just off the pier in front of the asian restaurant. Ammairite?! I think next time we are going to try Negril. It is a little pricier but we heard from a lot of people that it is really nice.

If you go to Ocho Rios make sure that you stay on the ocean side and not up in the hills. Also, be prepared that it is a considerably long bus ride from Montego Bay to both Negril and Ocho Rios.

My wife and I just got back from the Sandals Whitehouse in Jamaica...unreal! The only draw back was the ride(1.5 hrs) cutting through the mountains. Very sketchy road, narrow, pot holes etc but the drivers know what they are doing-obviously hundreds go each week and you never hear of any accidents. I actually thought it was neat, get to see a lot of the 'real' Jamaica through the transfer. But the resort was amazing, no complaints, great food, great bars, entertainment...really I'm not sure what I'd change about the place. It was hilarious too because I sported a ton of ND football gear and people kept asking me if I played football for ND (never fibbed-although i was tempted after a few drinks ;)
