I'd like to know why Romney outsourced so many jobs while he was the chairman, ceo, and president of Bain capital.
The majority of those claims are simply untrue.
However, outsourcing does occur. Businessmen play by the rules and environments that exist, and they play to win. How is that not easy to understand? America, for many industries, has been a bad place to do business. I don't fault people who outsource at all, as much as I'd like to see it not happen. We've been living in a global economy for a while now you can either help make America more hospitable to business, or you can lament businesses and whine about how things used to be.
I would trust a guy who has a track record of success in the private sector and public sector with being about to promote economic growth and beat other countries at their own game.
I'd also like to know how his IRA is between 20-100 million dollars when the limit is $30,000/year, not to mention why he has offshore bank accounts.
You know it's not illegal to have offshore accounts right? Bain Capital has offices in the United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Germany, India, China, and Japan. You expect the CEO to only have bank accounts in the US? Get real.
If he's been paying his taxes and has nothing to hide, why won't he show the rest of his tax returns?
He's definitely hiding something, but that doesn't mean it's illegal. It could simply show that he made millions upon millions of dollars and that he doesn't want to feed the bologna "out of touch narrative."
Or, it could show that he's been a bit of a liberal in terms of where he put his money while he was in Massachusetts and not the national stage and that would anger his somewhat fragile relationship with hardcore conservatives.
Lastly, I don't appreciate his plan to raise my taxes. The guy is a crook.
Now this is just funny. It's almost not worth a response, almost. I'll try to be respectful to such ignorance.
You don't think Obamacare is going to hurt your wallet? You don't think government spending the the inflation that will eventually come with it won't hurt your wallet? You don't think Cap & Trade would have hurt your pocket? You don't think Obama's EPA's pursuit of destroying fossil fuels isn't going to raise the cost of energy and thus hurt your wallet? Honestly what world are you living in?
There are several key points with which I disagree strongly with Romney (gay marriage drugs, military spending, immigration, etc) but his economic experience his unbelievably impressive and this country needs that more than anything else right now. I'm tired of the amateur we have in office right now.
