First of all we wont ever get Saban unless he is that desperate for a challenge. I'm talking about our Saban. Notice also I said "at least 8 wins" that means that yes, I would be ok with taking BK for 7 total years total if we got 4 total 8-win seasons (counting the last two), 1 or 2 9-win seasons and 1 or 2 10-win seasons. I know that this isn't a NC, but those records would put us pretty consistently in the top 25. I'm also aware that we should always strive for excellence, but my question is this: If BK fails, what rising coach in his right mind is going to take this job? BK was a golden boy, a proven winner, an unbelievable speaker with a politician-like grasp of the media, and a reputation for making something out of nothing. He took Cincinnati to a BCS game for god sakes.
Sorry man. I miss read what you wrote.
