I don't hate Kizer. He's a good player. He's way better than Zaire. We'd probably be 2-10 if we didn't have Kizer.

But he also makes a lot of mistakes. As the quarterback, supposed 1st Round pick, and leader of the offense, any mistake he makes is magnified. Quarterback is the most important position in sports, and when you are playing that position for Notre Dame you are going to be criticized.

If you want to live in some black-and-white dream world where every player is either terrible or amazing, that's fine. But I can see a really good quarterback in Kizer and still be able to point out shortcomings and mistakes. If you can't, that's on you.
