Horrendous clock management by BYU. Just awful.

Tell me about. I lost a chunk of change on BYU +9 because of it. I don't understand how coaches that get paid hundreds of thousands of dollars don't know how to manage a clock. How the he11 do you run the ball with no timeouts when you are in field goal range and down 10 with 45 seconds left?

BYU will play their bags off against us. They'll look completely different than they did tonight @ Wisconsin. Never will we face a team coming into South Bend flat, never.

The new Sagarin Predictor Model, 11/9/13, makes BYU a 7 pt favorite in South Bend.

I would take +7, barring bad injury reports.

If Pittsburgh was this team's Tulsa, BYU will be the Utah.

On to the next one!

You can pack it in and give up or come out on a seek and destroy mission. Time to see some leadership.

I'd love to join some sort of seek and destroy mission somewhere, but sadly, Bob Diaco will do nothing to take away BYU's strengths. Taysom Hill will rush for over 100 and wreak havoc on us all game long, playing inspired football. There is a zero chance BYU comes out flat like they did @ Wisconsin.

Buster, this is exactly I've been thinking and hoping since the game last night. Hopefully Pitt will be a low point that gets the attention of this years team and helps them play better starting NOW.

This is a game that is the measuring stick of pride for this seasons squad and a chance to see who wants to take an alpha role moving forward (I'm looking at you number 9)

Really wish unless you played you can't talk smack. None of us play CFB. Our guys fought for us we need to fight for them and support them Win or Lose. BYU is nowhere as good as a team as we are.
Take 2 of Tommy's throws back and you guys would be singing a different song. Man up And Support The IRISH!!!

I'm with you. Unfortunately, every fanbase has its fair share of morons.

The kid cares tremendously for the University. He sacked up when he made mistakes on and off the field. Didn't make excuses. Worked to make changes and improve. Did the best that he could. Shouldered the blame when he failed. Complemented and encouraged the players around him when he succeeded. Took big hits and got back up. Was a true sideline teammate, cheering when others looked flat out zombie. Endured pitiful boos from weak-*** "fans"...

I am all for Tommy Rees. He deserves to be applauded for what he has contributed to the University and its football program.

I will be standing next Saturday to wish him well.

Before the Pitt game, I was going to argue that Tommy might get the loudest ovation on senior day in the BK era. Manti's was awesome, but I thought people would cheer extra loud for Tommy because of all of the **** he's taken.

After the Pitt game, that's not happening. Don't get me wrong, I cannot wait until he's no longer an option for ND at QB, but I would cheer my *** off for him on Saturday if I were there.

Its unfortunate its such bad timing for him. If we had won that game, he'd get a massive cheer. With him throwing those ugly picks, I'm sure I few idiots will boo.

This is the first comment you've made that didn't make me want to reach through the monitor and choke you. I think that means I agree with you...

Tommy has certainly earned a healthy dose of respect and courtesy.

We are ND.

I'll leave it at that.

No presser updates from PANDFAN? Guess I'm getting spoiled...

Important notes: Nick Martin broke his hand, Rochelle sprained his ankle, and Jarron Jones sprained his ankle.

At this point the only DL who hasn't been injured this year are Tyler Stockton and Justin Utupo. Can't make this sh*t up. People want to talk about why the defense is down... injuries to Nix, Tuitt, Day, Ishaq, Rochelle, Jones, Springmann, Councell, Grace, Baratti, Shumate, Spond, Randolph, Collinsworth... this is a good place to start looking for a reason. Am I forgetting anyone?

Just a complete joke.
