There was a question about Whitlock being out for the game. I have not heard that, but would be interested to know. Whitlock has a chronically hurting turf-toe but warrior's it out. Without him being disruptive, the Wake defense usually fails and D-Backs make the lion's share of the tackles. There is an Offensive tackle who is doubtful for the game.

If their coach rests Whitlock, it's probably because he doesn't think he can beat Notre Dame, but can beat Vanderbilt and get bowl eligible.

They showed the last few player introductions last year. The big name guys like Gray, Floyd, Harrison Smith, etc.

With rumors swirling that Cierre Wood might be playing his final game and forgoing a fifth season of eligibility, and tough decisions coming for guys like Louis Nix and Stephon Tuitt, Kelly talked about the decision Te’o made to return for a senior season, something that Tyler Eifert and Michael Floyd also did under Kelly.

“I think it’s important if you look at getting your degree and how important that is. You know, it’s what, 2.5% of all college players play in the NFL. Average career is 3.3 years,” Kelly said. “I think it’s a great case in point for a guy that understands and recognizes the value of a life versus a career. You know. His life is set up because he’s got a degree from Notre Dame.”

Ticket scalpers are struggling selling tickets this year. My buddy got 2 pitt tix for $50 day of game.

The first game i ever attended was against Nevada which was also Manti's first game. I remember him having two monster hits during that game.

Cant wait to hear the cheer for manti as they announce his name. Place is gonna go crazy. Just to hear the crowd as they announce his name as a captain sends chills.

Going to be an emotional day/game. Bittersweet for us fans, as we've had a blast watching this team and can't wait to see where it goes, yet each passing game marks the end of the careers of Manti and a great senior class

I hope that the emotion and magnitude of Senior Day gets the team so fired up they stomp the Deacons. I'm not much for "style points" but I would love to see them roll up Wake so some of the seniors who don't get a lot of playing time get to see the field.

Last time I did it, I brought 4 dollars and 3 hundred million cents.....

I kid, but know your seller... There will be guys selling right off of exit 77 on the turnpike. Avoid those dolts... Work the lots. You'll likely have to wait until game time to get the best deal, but it will be worth it if the budget is tight.

Gonna bring $80 for the tickets, but shooting to pay less than that.

Well, we couldn't wait! We left Mississippi last night around 9. Lmao! I have driven all night & we are taking some back roads thru Indiana. Beautiful people & beautiful towns! We ate breakfast at a little cafe & I may have gained 10 pounds! GPS says we are 42 miles from the stadium!!!!

seems like yesterday doesn't it? Four years go by so fast. I remember feeling same way when Shark and Brady Quinn were having their senior day games, happy for them but also a little disappointed they would never play another down for ND.
