NFL Fantasy Football Keeper 2016

I would like to know the draft order before I choose my keepers so can we get that situated? Once that is done I can do it in about 20 minutes.

1st: Do we simply select our keepers on the league page, or do we need to notify the Commish and he does it?
2nd: Will the computer automatically surrender our pick when we select a keeper of will that need to be done manually?
3rd: Below are the rules spelled out in the 'select keeper' section. I don't quite understand the bolded part. Are able to trade draft picks?

-Cannot keep a player taken in the first or second round of last years draft. -You can keep a maximum of 3 players, there is no minimum. -Each kept player cost is equal to the round they were drafted in last year -1. -There are no limits to the amount of seasons a player can be kept for, until said player would be the equivalent of a 2nd round pick. -Any undrafted free agent will cost a 10th round pick. If you wish to keep multiple UFA's you will give up your next highest pick. So if you want to keep two undrafted players that will cost you your 10th and 9th round selections. If you had already traded away your 9th round selection then those two players would cost you your 10th and 8th round picks, ect, ect. -Any player traded for before the keeper deadline (which will be implemented starting this season) will retain their original selection value. Both, I think. Do it on the league page and the Commish has to lock everything down and adjust the draft accordingly.
