Btw including Oklahoma State on here is about as disingenuous as it gets. it's been stated multiple times that Freeman let Elston call the game and there's a reason he wasn't even under consideration for the d-coordinator posisiton.

Well training wheels are still on for Freeman. He shouldn't have let Elston call the fucking bowl game at the cost of a loss. How ridiculous. He seemed hands off on the offense and let Tommy do his anemic offense last year.

At some point Freeman needs to walk in the room as the guy in charge. Hope it happens this year. I love the guy but 9-4 was inexcusable with that talent last year. I am hoping for 10 wins this year. Slow and steady progress as Marcus finds his HC sea legs. Its hard to replace the experience we had in Kelly. ND is learning that the hard way.

I’m beginning to worry that MF is in fact a real human, and not some cyborg. In 2 years he will have a head of gray hair at this rate.

This dude is non-stop. God bless him, but with the stress of the job, 6 kids, and constant visibility off the field to promote the university and all its endeavors, it has to eventually wear him down.
