Does Cooper have an offer? 247 has shown he has from the beginning but they don't show it on their timeline. No one else lists one either and he never sent out a tweet saying he got one like he did with the other offers he received.

Still wish we would have come to compete. Kid is big time but I understand his reasoning not too. IMO he would have been offered if they weren't feeling great about Phil. He's coming fort he 7 on 7 tourney not II

I believe he won't be working out for Sanford. His team is playing in the 7-on-7 tournament at Notre Dame that weekend.
