Anything that has to do with parking tickets and or getting your car towed, I tend to really feel for owner of the vehicle. I got so many bullshit parking tickets when I first moved to Chicago, that I noticed they were just giving out tickets that were during the authorized parking hours, because they know most ppl wont go through the trouble of fighting the tickets. It got so bad that I got 3 in a row that I fought and had the tickets dropped. I eventually sold my car because i didnt want to deal with the corrupt a$$ city meter maids anymore. But without knowing what happened to this chick, I'll just say she had one of those moments when she went off on someone. So what, it happens. Everyone has their bad days.

In DC there are some streets where instead of having meters they have little pass dispensers... so you go up, buy a pass for X amount of time, and put it on your dash. I once got a ticket while standing at a machine buying a pass... the guy literally walked right past me and stuck a ticket on my car that was no more than 2 or 3 spots away from the dispenser for that street. I got the pass and got back to my car just as it was printing. Then there was a five minute argument over the ticket (he eventually took it away and ripped it up... but I always secretly wonder if there's a ticket on my record somewhere just slowly destroying my credit) while I tried with every bit of patience I could muster to explain the logic of having to physically get out of my car and walk over to the station to buy the pass to then put on my dash because I haven't mastered teleportation and/or time travel at this point.

In Chicago, my favorite story from a friend of mine is that they got overnight parking guest passes for their apartment. So they filled one out and gave it to someone that was staying with them to use. That person was promptly given a ticket because the pass was filled out in pencil... when there is LITERALLY NO RULE AGAINST FILLING OUT THE PASS WITH PENCIL. They fought it with Chicago and won.

Dude, shes human. She was upset. Who cares that she said some rude, jerky things to a complete stranger. She didn't physically batter anyone in the video. I don't get why everyone is so soft. I guess I'm just an asshole.

Oh I'm not all up-in-arms about it.

It just goes to show what a shitty person she is. Defending it as "she had a moment" seems like the "soft" stance on this one.

Yeah. I totally disagree that its ok to treat strangers that way. Would you say "who cares" if that was how someone spoke to your mother or wife? Because chances are, the lady behind the counter is one of or both of those things.

I'm kinda flabbergasted that you feel this is ok. Do you speak to people like this? It's not "just being human", it's being a complete asshole.

Dude its a complete jokes. Chicag is hard for cash, and the meter maids are literally in a free for all with their tickets. They give them out like candy on Halloween. Getting rid of my car was the smartest decision I ever made lol.

Having a lack of control in behavior is soft.

I am surprised anybody can watch that video and think that was an OK way to react to the situation.

Obviously I don't want ppl in the streets screaming at each other like this. But I dont think the girl should lose her job, and be smeared on the internet just because she had a bad moment. Shes just as human as the rest of us.

And to be completely honest Wooly, if someone talked to my Mother or my Fiance like this they both wouldnt give 2 fuks. They are both intelligent, strong woman, who absolutely wouldn't give a shit about what other ppl say or think about them. Especially not a random stranger.

I'm over here saying she's obviously not a great person... but if some bro talked to my fiance like that, we would have discussed the proposition of fisticuffs immediately. Does that make me a hypocrite?

That is the point. In her own head she is not human as the rest, she is better.

When in fact she is a complete turd.

Congrats man, I guess you've never once had a moment when you've said something you wish you could take back.

Not the best showing of a human's behavior, certainly not the worst.

I feel like GATTACA should be in here defending her tho. "you all are acting like she is a convicted felon", "shes just a rich girl doing the same thing you would if you were rich and in her shoes".

Anyways, I have a friend who swears when women act like this, that they just need bent over real good.

No man, many many times foot in mouth. Nothing like that though...belittling people, putting myself on a pedestal...never.

THIS

Having to resort to personal attacks and vulgarity show a complete lack of control. It also shows a lack of intellect and ability to constructively converse.

“In an intense and stressful moment, I allowed my emotions to get the best of me and said some insulting and regrettable things.” McHenry wrote. “As frustrated as I was, I should always choose to be respectful and take the high road. I am so sorry for my actions and will learn from this mistake.”

Clearly she's just projecting a deep rooted sexual fetish for low-born, under-educated people. I will bite the bullet here, and satisfy this urge for her, free of charge because I'm a man of noble stature, just not status.

No i would be defending her if people were in here like the Manziel thread saying things like "shes the biggest peice of shit in sports.....she deserves to live under a bridge......Bitch badger......little rich bitch that will never grow up.........ect" I don't have any problem with people criticizing Manziel, i have a problem with the way certain posters went about it.
