USC is the 4th best job, but yet they've hired Kiffy, Sark after Dark, and some guy named Clay Helton as their last 3 hires LOL. Great job Trogans!

And before the guy that put them on probation, they had Ted Tollner, Larry Smith, and Paul Hackett.

Don't forget resurrecting John Robinson for a second, relatively mediocre stint. I couldn't stand him.

From an outside perspective, USC is certainly a desirable landing spot. Vibrant night life, huge recruiting hotbed location, great football tradition, great year-round weather. But then, you realize that that program is run by a bunch of incompetent doucheschnozzles and their affiliates are raging psychopaths. Kind of like Michigan, but unfortunately, USC doesn't have a Jim Harbaugh in the coaching ranks right now.

If SC was the #4 job in the country, they'd get better coaches. Top coaches quit other top jobs to grab the #4 job. Everybody wanted to argue that last time this came up. When Bama opens up, Clemson or Georgia will lose their coach. When the Kentucky, Kansas, Duke or UNC basketball jobs open up, they will not hire a Clay Helton of the college basketball world.

I don't know if top 10 programs hire a Clay Helton.

Great, he really did a lot for Golson's game.

If Kizer and Wimbush both display abnormal propensity for turning the ball over in the future, we'll know that Whitfield is intentionally sabotaging ND's QB position.

Whitfield isn't a magician. He was the first to get the individual QB training going that got credit for it, but I'm sure there are others that are just as effective. It's football for flip's sake.

Far from the first to get credit for it.

Whitfield has taken Cam Newton, Jameis Winston and Johnny Manziel, three of the best college QBs in the last few years. When talented kids want to work with those who are working with the talent before them.

Whitfield is very good at what he does. Does every kid pan out? No. I think he is right there with the best. He sets his players up for success and it is then up to that player to make the decisions. Winston and Manziel had great Pro Days and got most they could possibly get out of that environment.

Whitfield is very good, I'm just saying I'm sure there are others that are also very good. Whitfield for whatever reason (timing, marketing, getting some talented players, working hard, etc) seems to be the pioneer (if there were others before I'm unaware), but I bet there are a lot of good options for QBs now in college, in the offseason if they want 1-1 treatment.

Google Steve Clarkson.

Yeah he is... He makes QB money disappear.

Kenny Trill's working out with them too over at Torrey Pines HS.

MZ's with his Pops in AZ. His QB coach is Brett Hundley's and Kyle Allen's. Don't remember his name without looking it up. *Edit... It's Dennis Gile.
