BITE ME!
How much snow in Indy are supposed to get this weekend?
I don't know. I just caught the weather dude saying something about a wintry mix on Sunday.

Incredible..........thanks for sharing.
I'm ambivalent. Love winter. Love spring. Summer is a hot sticky mess, a months-long hell with little escape.
Mother Nature may be losing her grip. 40 today, 50 tomorrow with temps near 60 on Monday.
I looked at our 30 day forecast... not a low below 60... most with high in the high 70's... spring is officially here in Cali.

I want spring
I must say that I've never quite understood this particular directive.
While I understand its nuance, I've always wondered why one would invite pain in any given circumstance.
Unless you're a masochist addressing a sadist and you like that kinda thing.
Go Irish!
Have a safe and happy St. Patrick's Day.
It got to 53 above here the other day. I was surfing the runoff in the street in front of my house. I was wearing my baggies – and huarache sandals, too.
Just yesterday I could see the arms of my neighbors' backyard Adirondack chair. It had all but disappeared under the snow.
Thought I would help you out. Bite me is a more acceptable phraseology for "blow me", or "fuck off." It ironically was made more popular by television and the movie ratings system, because it was a nuance for something that wouldn't work on TV, and something that might result in a heavier rating that desired for a movie. One time TV and the movies had a positive affect on our behavior!
As far as weather, I have to tell you. We got hit with a foot of the heaviest snow I can ever remember. It came down at 30-32 degrees, so if it went down to the twenties like predicted, we would have had a foot-and-a-half. Toledo must have been the middle of the storm, which is incredibly rare, because Lucas and Wood counties were Level 3 snow emergencies all day. And it was a daylight storm.
I live on a cul-de-sac which has about ten other houses, and of the other nine seven are six are occupied by older couples. One winters in Florida, and I started cleaning it this winter because there kids can't make it over from crosstown. But my one neighbor got caught out of town on business, another was in the hospital, and a third, who is a young "late sixties" broke her snow blower.
The guy at the end that also helps couldn't get his blower down the street to help at our end! So I did like seven drives yesterday. Plus mine has a turn around on the side and a circle in front. It is like any other two. Now I do have a great snowblower, but with the slipping and sliding with the ice underneath, I came in as tired as I can remember. My message to Old Man Winter : "BITE ME!"
Currently it is 1 degree, up to 20 today. What did I do?
