We have a running back that literally scores a touchdown 10% of the time he touches the ball and that’s not a made up stat. The guy should probably get the ball even more in the playoffs, especially if we’re having struggles. I don’t see Indiana winning.

What doofus at the CFP and/or Notre Dame Ticket Office decided that Lower Endzone seats should be cheaper (and higher lottery priority) than Upper Sideline?

Sugar tickets aren't bad right now. If I was planning on going I would buy those tickets now and accept a small loss if ND doesn't make it. Price will at least double if ND makes it but not until ND lotto is complete. Short turnaround windows on these games is rough.
The problem with these "neutral" site games is that they're either in places not worth visiting or they're in places that aren't really built around football. I went down to Miami for the 2012 game. The beaches were nice but no train to the stadium and a general lack of sports bars and beer access made it a subpar football experience. Give me Chicago or NYC for a real neutral site experience. It's not like Atlanta's 50 degrees and rainy is that much better than the Midwest anyway.

I’d sit upper sideline way before I sat lower endzone. Can see the whole field on the sideline
Me too but they don't let you choose.

I put in for Lower Prime and then they knock you down one tier at a time until you get through, and I got through at Lower Endzone before they reached Upper Sideline, which I much would have preferred.

We did this with USC and just never got home. Maiva (sp?) was good at identifying the single coverage and tossing it up. Also USC receivers won more than their fair share of 50/50 balls.

I think IU will have a hard time doing that.
Yeah, you can almost miss the fact (with all his completions) that ND's DL and blitzers were a step or even half a step away from sacking Maiva on many of his throws. He does have fast-decision making ability.

To add to this, OSU adjusted by blitzing them into submission. They don’t handle pressure well. I believe Golden will key in this and dial up the pressure. Type of game where Sneed could be an absolute nightmare for the opposing offense.
And yes, it seems that Rourke is not the scrambler/runner he was pre-injury at Ohio U.

Incomplete list. This is state/public schools only...
The vast majority of power schools are public. The only private ones that come to mind are ND? SC, SMU, TCU, Baylor, Wake, Miami, Vandy, and Northwestern. Most of them are not exactly football schools.

Not sure of your point. IU is a state school. Just pointing out that they have upped their game now that Cignetti is the HC.
What IU is doing is extremely impressive. I am simply pointing out that there may be other schools that have stepped up their NIL game that could be on this list as well, but they are private(ND, SMU, USC...). Not trying to knock what IU has done, just stating it is incomplete.

Has anyone ever had experience with GameTime? I bought a ticket a few weeks back. Always a little nervous with the middle man ticket dealers.
Gametime is great, they also show you prices including all the fees built in. Saves a lot of time

IU's b-ball is the same. They became a 'Buy-A-Team'. They can't recruit b-ball anymore. So, FB is following suit ... NIL $, NIL$ and more NIL$!
I think IU basketball recruits fine (based on star value). They are either not developing them, or the recruiting services really suck in basketball. Feels like they get a min of 1+ 5* a year.

I had the same thing happen. I almost want to believe that it’s intentional to get the people who bid on premium seats to be more likely to get in the stadium. Because almost nobody is going to choose to pay $10 more for lower endzone compared to anywhere on the sideline. As a result, it could create a large pool of seats that catches all the overflow from the $250 and $200 price points, without much competition from people entering the lottery at the $160 price point.

Too many IU fans getting cocky on twitter & Cignetti acting like he did before getting blasted in the shoe.

I hope we embarrass this team.. send em packing.

I do think Love & Price run all over them & our D is better than any they’ve faced.

We struck out on the lottery.

Add me to the growing list of people who would welcome ticket offers (PM) from any kind gentlemen on here with excess tickets who are looking to sell to ND fans.

Fingers crossed, but no way we are going for $1k a piece, unfortunately. Bring the noise for those of you attending!

Be careful though, you will get scammed if you pay for the tickets through venmo, cashapp, paypal without goods and services turned on. They have comprehensive fake profiles that search for people looking for tickets via ai and will nail your ass

Seatgeek and Stubhub are the way to go
Be careful on the ticket resellers like SeatGeek & StubHub as well. Not that those particular companies are trying to scam you but weird things can go happen if you don’t do your due diligence & confirm a seat you want actually exists.

Bought an OF bleachers seat at Coors Field recently but when we got there were told by ushers that our seats didn’t’ exist & that they hate that StubHub allows such advertising. They rarely sell out so usually everyone who buys a ticket gets a seat. This game was a sellout so there was no seat. Turned out fine b/c SRO were actually nice with table top and an unobstructed view but next time I’ll go to stadium website to ensure seat exists.

My son bought tix on TM to see Mark Normand. Got to show and were told the seats didn’t exist. Show was sold out so they were shit out of luck. Got on phone w/ TM & he was able to get full refund. Again, make sure the seats on the ticket actually exist.

I watched what I could find from the Michigan and Ohio State games, and here was my takeaway:

It seemed like their offense was 100% gimmick and only capable of producing points when they "scheme" a mistake for a chunk play.

Michigan game they had two big drives early, and then did nothing for the rest of the game. 6 points on 8 drives, 18 yards of offense in the entre second half.

Same thing against Ohio State... big early drive, 0 points on their next 8 drives. Only one of those drives did they even earn 10+ yards.

I think the commentary on their offense is entirely overblown by the fact that they play a certain style to run up the score on bad teams. If you can cover or get pressure, they have nothing. I do not think they are better than Louisville or USC in terms of playmakers or overall talent on that side of the ball. They are a well-coached, system team that can exploit weaknesses.

To me, the part of their team that is more of a worry is their defense, which seems fundamentally sound and capable of winning the game for them if ND makes special teams errors or Leonard is asked to throw a significant amount.
Been saying they're paper tigers who preyed on vastly inferior teams. All sizzle, no steak.

I’m more surprised than anything. They’ve made some changes in the past, but they’ve been more like bandaids. After years of basically ignoring FB, it looks like they finally realized how much money they can make if they can get butts in the seats.

Indiana has been impressive this year, but for fun if they played Bama or ND schedule what do you have their record as?
Bama schedule I'd have them 6-6
ND schedule 7-5
