I wonder if Urban might consider the Dallas Cowboys job to be less of a pressure-cooker than a big time college job would be. I mean, it's the Cowboys, and your boss is a lunatic, but you don't have to recruit or deal with stupid 19 year olds.

BC is delusional if they think its an easy upgrade from Addazio, he got them to where they played everybody tough. Except Clemson, but you would have to fire every coach in the ACC if that's your criteria.

Bruce Feldman lists Lea as a potential candidate for the BC job, which would make sense. Also Elko. Says he hears they really want Luke Fickell, though you'd think Fickell could do better.
