Campbell would be stupid to leave.

I firmly believe the best two coaching jobs in America are in the state of Iowa.

Campbell and Ferentz have manageable expectations, supportive fan bases, competitive salaries, job security, and don't have for sale signs in their yard after 8, 9, and 10 win seasons.

All you got to do is develop some corn-fed boys and get a bowl somewhere warm, boom! good year!

It's not one of the 25 schools that will be pissed off to not be playing for the NC.

The key is getting your administration, donors and fans, to accept slightly above average with a blind squirrel scenario thrown in every 5-6 years.

Indiana and Tom Allen agreed to a new seven-year contract through 2026 worth an average of $3.9 million per year.

UNLV is looking at Oregon offensive coordinator Marcus Arroyo and Utah defensive coordinator Morgan Scalley,.

Chris Ash is interviewing for the Texas DC job today.

He worked with Herman at tOSU and if Herman is on the hot seat he's going to want a guy he can trust as his DC in that conference.

He's been serving in an analyst role with Texas since his firing at Rutgers.

What Campbell would be stupid to do is not flip Chubba Purdy from Louisville.

3300 yds pass / 1000+ yds rush / 52 TD's / 7 Int's playing BIG boy AZ schedule.

Campbell has been carried by two difference makers at any school. Broc Purdy and David Montgomery. How do you let one of them's better (HS) brother go elsewhere???

Norvell will be a fairly good fit at Ole Piss....

2020 will be Derek Mason's last year at Vandy.... will start worrying (a little) about Lea going there if Mason is gone.

But, I would take Mason as DC if Lea left for Vandy

At Stanford, Mason had number 11 overall defense in 2012 and 10 in 2013 as DC.

Just don't know about his recruiting at Stanford - at Vandy not so well but, it is the SEC and standards are high like Stanford and ND.

I know he's won a lot of games. But I'm kind of bored and underwhelmed with Lincoln Riley now. Has he recruited a QB that has succeeded in college football yet? He always needs a transfer to come in and save his season. If he doesn't get the Cowboys job, I'm sure he'll go after that Houston QB for next season. Put his team in a conference where defense isn't optional and I bet he's an 8-9 win coach.

Does he need them or is he just getting them?

Anyways, it ends this year. Spencer Rattler takes over next year for at least two years.

We’ll find out. I’d be surprised if King isn’t playing for Oklahoma next year.

Kiffin has to be the luckiest ever. He certainly isn't great. He is ok but not good enough to go where he has been.

Texas also talking with Graham Harrell(USC) for OC position. Has Texas roots and would be surprised if he didn't jump at it.
