My attention to the Bears picks was testimony to my poor judgement. After ignoring NFL football for the better part of 10 years, here I am paying attention once again. F Me.

Even before he started high school, Caleb Williams showed he was 'a special kid'

That didn’t change as his profile grew, either. With Williams as its freshman starter, Gonzaga reached the WCAC championship, losing to St. John’s College High School.

There were superstar flashes from Williams throughout the season. The scholarship offers from powerhouse programs came in after it. With each one, his teammates would “bow down” to him as a joke. That’s part of life in an all-boys school.

But expectations for Williams and Gonzaga increased for his sophomore year. And now they were all fueled by a title-game loss.

“He was just as emotional as some of the seniors,” Marshall said. “There’s a lot of underclassmen who aren’t showing emotion. And he was in the locker room and he’s crying with the seniors. He was super close to all of us even his freshman year. So he realized that if he was going to take that next step, he was going to have to become even more of a leader than he was.

How are we not talking about the Bears 4th round selection? Best thing to come out of Iowa since Reggie Roby! We will win all three facets of the game! Get ready to lead the league in opponent starts inside the 20.

I can openly admit I just don't like Caleb Williams and will give credit for any of his success to Poles giving him such an elite supporting cast that any QB could be successful. This attitude will ensure his health so that nobody has a chance to prove me right.

Right there with Vince Evans. Handing off to Payton. Bears 6, Pack 3 in a Bob Thomas masterpiece. Glorious Bears days back then. They sucked but I watched every week.

The first 17 years of my Bears fanhood offensively:

Bobby Douglass hand off to... check that, he kept it. Avg 6.5 ypc over his 10 year career. Was a HOF TE that never got the chance.

Huff, Avellini, Phipps, Evans... Interception, get sacked, throw into the stands, hand off to Payton with 11 guys waiting for him.

McMahon... Get injured, win some games, get injured, drink some Bud, smoke some bud, get injured, win everything, get injured.

Now defensively... the exact opposite.

Blame that on Portillo’s and their beef and cheddar croissants. Used to be a girl only thing but now the soyboi’s love em too.

I mean, I've been seeing liquid cheese as an option a few places and that's right up Superfans' alley as far as food goes

Bears definitely an appealing option for HBO. They've hit a homerun the past two years with Rodgers heading to NYJ and now the Bears with Caleb and his polarizing persona, and that revamped offense.

Both Vikings first rounders still unsigned. I would expect them all to sign before or right at the start of training camp. They pretty much slot right into deals. Their Probably holding out for as much guaranteed money as possible. Can’t blame them with such a short shelf life in the NFL.
