The Bye Week could not have come a better time for our Recruiting Class. The staff has a chance to visit most of the committed prospects and see many of the 2012 class. Especially after the past 2 weeks, it could will help to get in front of everyone they can.

At least they can selll early playing time with freshman playing.

He might has well came up here for his visit and just slapped BK and his staff in their faces. This is shameful in my opinion. Personally I was devasted to hear he decommitted because I really liked him, if this is true, then I will sleep much better at night because I don't want someone who could do this to anyone to come and play for us. After months being on board and after how hard our coaches recruited and fans supported this kid,...., the least he could have done is do the right thing and at least call BK and tell him that he had a sudden change of heart.

That is interesting, hope Mr. Prestwood is still interested but I don't think we have much of a chance with him. Maybe Alford can assure him during his visit that ND is definently the right place to be.

Agreed but it doesnt hurt to flash the ND gear for some 2012 recruits. Not that ND needs help getting their name out there but it goes a long way with young kids.

I really do wish the kid well, and am over it, but that is chicken ****. If you are a "beast" and all that, be a man, own up to your decision and tell the people who have invested tons of time and effort into you, why you chose to dump on them. That's on Alice too, I really liked and respected both of them, but if true, texting in your decommittment, and not taking calls is bull****, grow a pair.

I agree that it's a somewhat underhanded way of decommiting, but I stopped listening to my mom tell me how to communicate to people at about 14.

He was in the Maryland area today.
