If read correctly, this would force schools to allow dudes to compete against women in sports. This was already happening at the high school level in many states with expected results.

It goes without saying why this is stupid. A ton of mediocre male HS basketball players could literally be generational "women's" players by identifying that way. My HS winter track times would currently be the women's NCAA records in the 200m and 60m dash. Etc. etc. If you're going to pass legislation like this, then you should just get rid of gender divisions in sports altogether because the entire reason they exist are the biological differences between males and females.

Regardless, what the article is getting at is that Trump did not have a federal level plan. His plan was "let states figure it out" and his officials are on record saying as much. There are pros and cons to this type of approach, but this biggest issue we're seeing right now is that states aren't getting the doses they were promised and don't have the resources/facilities to adequately distribute the doses as quickly as they should. Biden's approach is to have the federal government more directly involved in getting the vaccines administered.

in 1 month...... 11.1 million people have already received the vaccine. I think It would have been better to hoard all of the vaccines until Everyone could get one and then release them all at once.

On the surface maybe. I would not ever say "I don't have a problem" using alternate pronouns when it comes to him/her he/she... but for the sake of avoiding conflict and time/place I will concede. When it comes to alternate pronouns of xi xu and all others I refuse to even learn them. BUT I do think it is too much to sign into law what I call someone. I have had teachers call me a smart a$$ and other things with no consequence but if they call someone "sir" and they want to be called "mam" they might end up on the front page or on top of CNNs top stories.

Graham says about Trump's future legal team, “I think he's gonna have a good one. Butch Bowers I think will be sort of the anchor tenant. I’ve known Butch for a long time, solid guy. And I think, you know, over time, they'll put the team together.”

All his previous lawyers and any DC lawyer did not want the case. For his first impeachment trail, the WH Counsel, Pat Cipollino, and his private attorney, Jay Sekulow, represented him as well as Alan Dershowitz.

McConnell wants the trial to start in mid-Feb. That would give Bowers time to prepare, to meet with his client and formulate some defense as well as find other lawyers for the trial.
