Yes, this is a real thing by a real studio that will get large scale theatrical release. Discuss.

Directed by Michael Bay, so I'm guessing the plot twist is that Hillary Clinton is a Decepticon.

Wow... I'm looking forward to this. Looks like a great movie, even outside of the obvious election impact this film could have, depending on how they depict Clinton (if at all).

The timing of this release is brilliant. They aren't going have enough time to count their money.

I'm just guessing here, but seems like the plot would likely be forced to take the word of those on the ground, who have no idea what HRC's involvement was... so your girl is safe. Regardless, she may have already been skewered by some other "HIGHLY QUESIONABLE" (but not criminal even if she admittedly engaged in activity codified as illegal) conduct...

What's a QUESIONABLE?

Sounds like a terrible thing to be skewered by...

1.I hope its more accurate than Zero Dark Thirty.
2. Michael Bay can get bent. He literally and figuratively ruined my childhood with the Transformer Movies. I can't say enough bad things about him.

Whats the over/under on garish product placements in this movie? I am pretty sure I saw one already in the trailer. I am going to say at least 3.

Any chance he uses recycled scenes from other movies in this one?

How many Muslim Women are going to look like Las Vegas Pool Hookers?

1) Since when is HRC not a Decepticon?

2) Michael Bay EXPLOSIONS

JIM F'N HALPERT Y'ALL!!

Dear God that has to be the worst trailer i have ever seen. Looks like somebody watched Zero Dark Thirty and American Sniper and mixed it with a bottle of Monster Fuel and vomited.

Ahhh, ya got me. I stopped fixing typos...assuming a more casual experience here in the lounge...having taken my lead from this grammatical gem...

Look how far U2 has came. In the 80's, you had to wait until 2am to watch their music video. Now... they just upload their albums to your iphone without your permission. lol

This looks like every other middle east war movie, so why is everyone shitting on it? Is Michael Bay considered an overhyped director? Is Jim Halpert considered a hack outside of his Office character?

My heart sped up a bit as I watched the trailer so I could see myself renting it down the line. I feel like I'm missing something but I don't know what it is....

Haven't kept up with the thread but for the last two posts... Michael Bay is one of the most important figures in the group that has ruined Hollywood imo... just completely destroyed it and reduced it to a shell of what it once was and a big reason why I never pay to see movies anymore... just my two cents.

His films typically feature a paper-thin plot surrounded by helicopters, explosions, robots, dinosaurs, robot dinosaurs, robots riding robot dinosaurs, more explosions, bewbs, explosions, and car chases.

Don't forget gratuitous and sexually-charged use of slow motion.

This... the death of 'the plot' plus the birth of 'the reboot/repackage' and overuse of special effects have just killed it for me... I like films that make me think, not those that only work when I turn my mind off...

I often catch myself thinking this while watching older movies, "You could never make this film today, it would be 'too boring' for a generation of Michael Bay film goers", but said film is so much better than 95% of films made today, in my opinion of course.

I guess you can describe me as Kubrick film guy, I enjoy the complete polar opposite of the sensory overload explosion fests with a DC logo on it...just my feelings on it, I definitely recognize I am in a very small minority here.

I don't know if that's fair to the moviegoers. Michael Bay makes a huge percentage of his box office overseas, where 'splosions translate a lot cleaner than sophisticated dialogue.

Here’s a learned analysis of why Michael Bay movies are bad, but pretty · Great Job, Internet! · The A.V. Club

There is very good video in this link about his movie style. I would appreciate it if someone could embed it for me. It's definitely worth ten minutes.

In my opinion and the nicest thing I can say about his movies are that they typically are a series of action oriented shots interrupted periodically by a plot.

Pearl Harbor..... FFS

So when it comes to Behghazi..... I expect zero plot and nothing but action. Also considering that after all of the political investigations and hearings which brought up zero malfeasance.... I expect to see or hear zero about HRC or Issa or politics in general.

There was once a world, in which a young acamp lived, where The Rock was something new and actually decent for an action flick... little did I know it was the first rain drop of the coming storm.........

Where did the info on Benghazi come from?

How many people made it out to provide all of the inside info that the film will cover?

Those on the ground. There was a real fire fight on the ground from two different specialty units. More people involved then was led to believe, to include more dead then just the 4 reported.
