Also want to mention how bad I feel for Yuri. The idea that his life could be severely altered because of this is crazy. I think we can only hope he's a better man in the end.

I want to make an apology to anyone I offended with my bringing up the possibility that Don Bosco kept Yuri on the team and in school until after the season before expelling him so he could play football. I only know the school as a very highly regarded institution and did not mean to slander it or any of the staff members or people connected to the school. I just wanted to throw out the idea that they waited until now for a reason. I hoped to avoid any conflict by making it clear that I had no facts or evidence and that my idea was just that - an idea - and not an accusation.

I stuck up for you, homie. The initial response to your post was moronic. They looked bad, not you.

I believe you hit the nail on the head with your adversity post...

It helps build the character and resolve of a young man

I don't think anything was wrong with it. You brought up a very good "why" question. From what I read through his tweets, some were very old. So why now and not then?

Brings up a very good point. But nothing to worry about.

Everyone just remember that the guys in the locker room aren't sweating who we signed. They still plan to go out and kick as much *** as possible in 2013!

I used to take estrogen...but then I ended up with huge boobs like Meatloaf had in "Fight Club." So I had a breast reduction performed. Now I read "Twilight" books and enjoy the company of my little Yorkie instead.

I came here to say something about my day (and I will later lol) and somebody had already bumped my thread! I should've known it was you, Kissme... ;)

lol So anyways, today I was at one of Muncie's middle schools handing out fliers and informing some of the kids about the weight lifting we are going to start next week...apparently I'm a HUGE heartthrob for middle school girls though because they wouldn't stop staring at me. lmao...

Kissme seems to spend her fleeting moments here in front of your fire place, Beau.

Just sayin'

I often stare at goofy looking people too, Beau. It clearly does not place them into the "heartthrob" category though. In fact, it's the exact opposite. In the words of Indigo Montoya, "Why do you keep using that word? I do not think it means what you think it means."

<------ This stallion to the left though, on the other hand = PURE HEARTTHROB

Tee's thread was locked so I didn't know where to put this so Im just putting it in here. Yesterday I was at a party in ONeill, right across the hall from Tee's room. He was all alone, apparently Sheldon went home for the weekend. I think he recognized me from the last weekend so I talked to him and invited him to come next door and meet some people. I talked to him for a good 20 mins and I can say hes honestly one of the nicest and most sincere guys I've ever met, and he wants to do big things on the football field so badly. I cant even imagine coming to school in January so I felt bad for the guy but he's a really good guy, and I think he really did appreciate the inclusion. Just thought id share

To IE's beloved Beau: you will never make the All-Snub team with threads like this --- too much traffic. Now either Un-go for it or give up being a Snub All-Star.

As "for what?": I have an ex-military friend whose favorite saying when regarding someone who disagreed with us was: "We can shoot him; we don't even need a reason". A simplified view of communications.

As far as possible from my world view, but I will admit that there have been (and will be, no doubt) many times when I "appreciate" the sentiment.

I'd buy you a beer for reaching out to Tee, but you'll have to settle for a vPint since I'm in Arizona. The life of a scholarship athlete at ND can be surprisingly lonely.

Keep it up.

PS I think Tee Shepard is an amazing young man. So inspiring. My son totally loves watching his You Tube videos. He think he's the bees knees too.
