Main issue was that Merck got overwhelmed with some of the same questions being asked over and over again..i think more appropriate to have it answered naturally on a specific thread as part of a natural conversation.

I am very sympathetic to this young fellow (Merck --- everyone's young to me) because when I have been asked questions (even shallow and essentially useless ones) I always feel some "duty" to take time to answer them.

We should not be burdening this fine fellow with non-substantial, non-specific team and personnel questions. Random "small talk" questions should be eliminated. It's like if I thought that it was OK for me to just walk into Father Hesburgh's door every time some small curiosity entered my head.
