Great Coach in Harbaugh.
Congrats to the Wolverines.
Son of a bitch.

I got another interesting text from a good source that Josh Rosen “is in” if Jim is indeed named the next Head Coach at Michigan. Rosen is a California kid who is committed to UCLA, but sources say he will more than likely be a Wolverine once the search is resolved next week. That is a bit of a surprise to me as Michigan already has a nice prospect in the class, Alex Malzone from Birmingham Brother Rice. I’ll admit, I know next to nothing about recruits, I’m just passing it along from a solid source.

I personally think this is a great hire. This is who they wanted and it looks like they are going to get him. Michigan does a good job recruiting it self. You bring a hard nose coach that won't put up with a bunch of BS that should be OK a recruiting. They will still be behind OSU but they will probably be the second best team in the big10.
I don't understand it from Harbaughs side though. We would have have a few offers I believe from NFL teams where you don't have to spent a ton of hours on recruiting and then coaching. To me I would take less money for team in the NFL. And for the record I don't think he is worth saban money.
That remains to be seen. But Michigan couldn't afford to mess up this hire and they have apparently hit the home run.
I don't think the money matters for Harbaugh, but the Raiders would have to include control over team decisions, not to mention a monster ton of compensation for the 49ers. Of course the 49ers have to grant permission for all this to happen anyways.
There is no bad decision for Jimbo in this case. He returns to A^2 as a hero and saviour or he builds his own NFL team into a superbowl contender.

idk why i'm happy for ann arbor, but i kind of am
never in a million years would i thought those words would come out of my mouth.
Recruitment and commitments go out the window almost everywhere if they announce he's going to Michigan for sure.
Not sure I agree with that. He'll poach a few, bit I don't see this having a major impact this year.
Is he with the Niners today??
