If it was "fair and square," then they didn't cheat. The president of the organization you think is going to vacate the championship because they cheated unequivocally stated they didn't cheat. The NCAA is not vacating the championship.
You seem to be confused as to what is actually irrelevant. The NCAA saying it was fair and square is 100% relevant to whether it will be vacated. The head of the organization charged with vacating or not is telling you that as it stands, there is no basis to vacate as a result of the Stallions scheme. What is not relevant is whether you or anyone else thinks that determination is right or wrong.
ETA: I also feel fairly confident that even if games are vacated, it will not include the championship or any game in which Stallions was not involved or after the scheme was made public. The NCAA will distinguish on the basis that teams could adjust as needed, and that in regards to the CFP games, the selection or omission of any particular team is up to the committee, not the NCAA. The committee was aware of the nature of the allegations, and if the committee believed the scheme was grounds for omitting UM from consideration, they had the authority to do so.
