Yeah, although supposedly one of the guys that was there told another guy that was there that Hernandez told him he shot Lloyd, and then that guy told police that. Which, from an evidence standpoint should probably be admissible because it is an admission by a party opponent and therefore not hearsay. But still, doesn't that seem weird that he would tell a guy who was supposedly there what he did? The headline makes it seem like Hernandez admitted his involvement to police during questioning, which isn't true.

Regardless, it really doesn't matter. The guy is done. Anyone that listened to that arraignment knows that they have everything on him and they are going to bury him under the jail. Even if he pleas in order to remain eligible for parole, just the pending gun charges could be another 50 years.

That's because of our defective and prejudiced justice system. Ham sandwiches are stopped and arrested more than any other sandwich while roast beef and turkey get away with murder, and don't even get me started on pastrami.

Ham is not Kosher. Roast Beef, Pastrami and Corned Beef are. Tuna and Chicken Salad (Halal), too. Need I say more?
