Rock on Daniel!!! 🤘🏼💀
Lol he got the 4 for 40 speechHe's on crutches?
IB said today on their show that if Anderson called up ND today to commit, he wouldn’t be able to.
Then said there aren’t any RBs right now who are close that ND would take today.

So should we be glad that IB is wrong like they usually are or concerned they took this commit?
Typically not how it works in the profession, but we're living in a totally new universe right now, so who knows. I personally don't believe that's how he is currently operating, but I may very well be wrong.Don’t understand why Deland wouldn’t continue to recruit whether he is here or not. That’s a weird take. He is going to continue to recruit because he is good at his job.
deland and freeman must see something on film that i dont, i wonder if ND has another sedrick irvin situation on their hands.Even if you thought Deland was mailing it in from a recruiting perspective, you would then also have to believe Freeman is mailing it in as well as ultimately, it is his call.
MF would have the final say on the decision to go ahead and accept a kid's commitment. Don't you think they are smart enough to do some level of analysis taking into account a kids abilities, other RB offers and factoring in the time period until signing day, and come up with a good decision? Deland and Freeman see something in Anderson that makes him a take right now.
I don't really see "IT" with thurman or anderson. They are both early in their JR years and I haven't seen any jr year film so maybe they've improved but to take two in this class and not have one be obviously elite is a head scratcher.deland and freeman must see something on film that i dont, i wonder if ND has another sedrick irvin situation on their hands.
i agree, with the way ND is running the ball and using their RBs i feel like ND can do better.I don't really see "IT" with thurman or anderson. And Anderson had worked out for the staff on campus earlier in a camp setting so they had a lot more than game film to use in the decision.Even if you thought Deland was mailing it in from a recruiting perspective, you would then also have to believe Freeman is mailing it in as well as ultimately, it is his call.

Bryant, HS has won the past five state championships at the highest level (7A?). They just suffered their first loss in years a few weeks ago. It’s not elite defenses for sure as the state of AR doesn’t turn out a ton of SEC talent. His teammate last season was TJ Lindsey who is a stud rush end that just committed to Auburn & transferred to IMG for his senior season. What is his competition like? Because these highlights show some bad looking defenses. I don't like how right hand dominant he is. As soon as he gets the ball, it's in his right hand, even when running to the left. He's very stiff which makes him look slower than he is (though he doesn't look like he has top end speed). Does have some strength to him. Interesting to see how he looks going forward in high school.
To be fair, they probably took a verbal from a running back with an injury *before* they had 10 guys on the field for the last two plays of a game. He's taken three visits to Notre Dame already. Seems like he has a very important intangible of wanting to be there maybe?
I also assume that he is not on crutches permanently and whatever the situation is he'll likely heal. Now if this coaching staff had 10 guys on the field for the last two plays of a game and then took a verbal from a running back who is permanently injured, I will be inclined to send a strongly worded email.
It's the first month of his junior year in high school. They evaluated him with a committable offer and they took his commitment. I honestly can't look at him and decide whether it is horrible or not, but we have scouting reports up here and people assuming Deland has mailed it in because he's leaving. To be fair, they probably took a verbal from a running back with an injury *before* they had 10 guys on the field for the last two plays of a game.
He might not be permanently injured, but I'm starting to wonder if I shouldn't put it past them now.
yeah estime runs for 12 yards on first down then you take him out, dont get it.Loved the use of backs during game until Estime was pulled on last drive.
This is where I'm at. I'm glad the staff is building a base line class with guys they're at least reasonably comfortable with. I think that is smart recruiting. I'm also not going to act like all of these guys deserve recruiting praise heaped upon the staff. These early commitments are no big deal one way or the other. Wouldn’t be the first time an early commitment decommitted if either side doesn’t like the way things look it’s easy to move on. Jack Nickel Sedric Irwin come to mind. Or Kelley, in the other direction.
😬😬😬😬😬I will be doing a film review of May. Until I see film representative of a Notre Dame verbal commitment, I will wait on Anderson.
