I don’t think anyone is surprised…….Go Irish!!! ☘️South Carolina insider put in a 9 CB
“I told my dad, I knew we were going to win that game,” Hobbs told Kevin Sinclair after this past Saturday in South Bend. “I just had a really big feeling that after coming off that Syracuse win, I was so confident. I truly feel like if we weren't one dimensional this season, we really could compete for a national championship. I promise you.
“I like the fact that we were running the ball (on Saturday), but we could open up that passing game, you know, get Tobias Merriweather in there. Obviously, Michael Mayer, he's the number one target but just get some other key receivers in there, I really think we could compete for a national championship, or if not, could've made the college football playoffs this year.
“But losing to Marshall and then you lose to Stanford...we shouldn't lose those games. Ohio State is the only game I would say, 'You know what, that's a really good football team. It's okay to lose to them.’ Marshall and Stanford, if we don't lose to them, I bet you we're still (ranked number) six or seven in the country. Maybe higher.”
Sounds like many on this board. This kid and his dad LOVE ND. Hearing him talk about the game, the guy has bled blue and gold his whole life.
he blames Tommy for everything too?!Sounds like many on this board.
The best part is, he goes from using the term “we” like all of us do, to now actually becoming a part of “we.” Cool when it pans out that kids who grew up as fans get to join the program. Even cooler when they’re phenomenal recruits. This kid and his dad LOVE ND. Hearing him talk about the game, the guy has bled blue and gold his whole life.
If he is a true fan.he blames Tommy for everything too?!
Dad already sold his tickets to OSU fans for the game next year. HE'S ALL IN.he blames Tommy for everything too?!
The real question is does he prefer Papa Johns or Little CeasersDad already sold his tickets to OSU fans for the game next year. HE'S ALL IN.
Welcome aboard Karson!
He's a nice development prospect to add to the CB room. With one spot taken, look for Mickens & Freeman to have a narrow focus on a few of the big names they like. They won't stop pursuing Beasley - as they shouldn't. It will be interesting come spring to see who their top targets will be.
