Sounds like a kid who's 5 mins of fame was up and realized he could turn it into 15 mins... And maybe a some more coin

I got kicked out of a couple places when I was 21. Turns out they only want conscious people in there. No ill will.
Funniest ones for me were for jumping behind the bar and pouring everyone drinks when the bartender stepped out to change a keg and me and my brother jumping up on the bar and doing Wild Turkey shots while doing turkey calls and dancing.

Had just gotten back to the Bay Area after being in Alaska for a couple months working where that kinda stuff was no biggie. Haha.

They kicked me out once for just being really drunk but not hurting anyone or doing anything disturbing. They didn't cut me off, they literally forced me out of the bar outside in January South Bend. NO FUN ZONE
They let me in with my fake ID junior year only to call the cops on me because they knew it was fake. I ran out as soon as the cops came.

That just sounds…weird.

Doesn't even surprise me. They fucking suck over there. Who does that?? Definitely get a lot of the weird townie hate for students vibe (which I've found to be distinctly strong in south bend) at that bar.

So was it mom that pumped the brakes or maybe an attorney read through the Oregon NIL afterwards and it wasn’t a guarantee

Me and my boys used to have a strange Jager ritual so I won't judge you for this

It must be because they didn't have all their t's crossed with Oregon's collective and they're trying to cover their bases? Or because Mom has read Peyton the riot act for that embarrassing display today.
But if I'm Freeman at this point I tell the kid to get lost. I don't care how good a safety he is. Unless he is massively apologetic to the staff and his teammates he can go break rocks. I'd imagine Oklahoma feels same, though they may be willing to take him regardless given their ties.
I’d accept him but tell him he is in the dog bin first four games and then we are playing him as the holder all season to burn red shirt before he transfers and the team sing “hey hey hey goodbye”. While he departs.
Edit: I am just joking. I like Bowen and think he will do well somewhere.

He did not do himself any favors yesterday with any of the three fanbases. He messed up.

If he would have picked ND yesterday during that ceremony I would have been a huge fan. Now if he wants back I wouldn't say No but that excitement over him is long gone. I'm done watching this one closely. Pretty sure a lot of Oregon and Oklahoma fans are feeling that way too. His brand definitely took a big hit yesterday

Followers on social media mean more money in the long run. He had 9800 right before the announcement and now has 8300. He probally woulda added a lot more if he picked ND

Screw this guy. What a douche. Also it looks a lot cooler if you don’t wince and cough while smoking the cigar

The thing is, in the back of his mind he KNOWS that he literally had nothing to do with the majority of these kids signing. He KNOWS they came for the money, not the relationship.

That’s a scary thing for him, because if he doesn’t figure out how to win with these recruits he’s bringing in, his seat will be hot pretty quickly.

I haven’t seen anything yet to convince me he can actually coach at the necessary level. Dude is just a young Venables at this point…and even that is generous.

Yup. He absolutely blew the biggest moment of his life so far, not because he didn’t pick ND, rather how he handled the moment and the last few days leading up to it.

I'm confused. Did he send in his NLI to Oregon or not yet?
