Dante has spoken.
Comes off as a big insecure. Ironic to Tweet tonight. Hasn’t Tweeted since mid May.Subtweeting a commitment of a kid that is a year behind you is a very soft look.
CJ wants to be in South Bend, Dante wants to see other people right now…I almost get the sense that the staff just likes CJ better.
Dante has spoken.

“LSU, Oregon, Miami, Michigan, Ohio State, a lot of schools to be honest, so Notre Dame of course,” he said of who he talks regularly too. “A lot going on.”
“I don’t have lots to say,” Moore said. “It’s a blessing for CJ to excel in his college career at Notre Dame. It’s a true blessing for him. (Marcus) Freeman and I still have the same connection we have. There is no fall off or anything about it.”
The only visit Dante Moorehas lined up for the summer is to Texas A&M. It will be an unofficial visit next weekend and he is looking forward to this visit. The buzz has shifted from Notre Dame to schools like LSU and Texas A&M. Michigan is still in this too, and there have not been any schools officially ruled out. There was a little more buzz around Moore’s name Thursday night than there has been in recent months. This one could still go a few different ways. Jaden Rashada could factor into this as well. He has high interest in the Tigers and Aggies, so with his commitment coming on June 18, it could potentially impact Moore’s recruitment. Ohio State was another school that came up for the first time in a while on Thursday night. Moore said he has been in talks with Corey Dennisrecently.
Maybe Dante does, but CJ said ND recruiting Moore didn't bother him. Seems Carr's confident enough that competition doesn't bother him.I think Dante is going to choose Michigan and his heart was at ND. He (and dad) couldn’t make up their minds and now the boat is sort of full. ND doesn’t want Dante because I think they don’t want to risk CJ leaving. Now he’s crawling back to Michigan because there’s no room. He never wanted to go to Oregon or TAMU, he was just enjoying the spotlight. ND saw more upside both athletically and in natural leadership in CJ. In a perfect world, you get both, but IDK if that ever could’ve happened. They want to be at different schools it seems.
I think it’s because he’s likely reclassifying. You don’t take summer school classes for fun. He might’ve shut it down because he doesn’t want to set himself up for failure. But Driskell said yesterday that he’s signed up for classes this summer. So unless Driskell is colossally full of shit, which is possible, CJ is prepping for ‘23.Maybe Dante does, but CJ said ND recruiting Moore didn't bother him. Could be getting himself on the EE track, rather than a full reclassification. It will take more work than one summer session to get qualified for ND admissions a full year early.I think it’s because he’s likely reclassifying. You don’t take summer school classes for fun. In the interview Loy posted last night, he mentioned he'll be here in 2 years "in the spring", so EE tracks.Someone just said earlier that he was NOT reclassifying. But, with no Dante in the fold and if Driskell is correct that he is taking summer classes.... seems to me reclassifying IS an option for someone who has all the physical and mental tools to step on the field and compete with Buchner next year. Still needs to add some weight though our S&C doesnt seem to have a problem with that.
EE is probably a more likely scenario however. Not sure ND has admitted a reclassified person before have they? Whatever the case, he needs to make sure he has his foreign languages sorted out.
I’m beginning to wonder what Loy’s smoking.Keep in mind Loy said he was told that there are some in the staff that still want to push for him, and if they do, he thinks Dante could very well wind up at ND.
Singer says that the ship hasn't sailed at all, and that ND is still very much in it for Dante.
