Plus Jadarian price and Gbryan redshirtedND has a good pair of RB's with Love & Limar, but I liked Edwards possible options for the offense.
I think he will do well at Colorado.
This was mentioned above- this NIL era is going to bring out recruits true character.
Or pay 💰 you properly. Again unless aflac wants to get into the sleaze game of paying teenagers. How many of these can they afford? They are at the lower to lowest end of P5 funding.Such a joke lol. I mean fuckin Deion Sanders and a FCS level Colorado program? That’s who you’re gonna trust to develop you properly?
Character is a hard word. Weakness might be a better word. He was sold on CO and it took just a few days, maybe less. To go from committed to ND to a complete 180 and decide on Deion Sanders is hard to swallow as an adult but I didn’t really stupid shit at 17.ND has a good pair of RB's with Love & Limar, but I liked Edwards possible options for the offense.

Yup. Hope to see Edwards in the portal when the turnaround isn’t as quick as expected.I think everyone wants to blame NIL and everything but he knew Prime growing up and was taught by Prime when Edwards was in his little league football. There has always been a connection there that none of us even knew but he wasn’t gonna follow Prime to Jacksonville St but now that he has a D1 job(even tho it’s a lower level one for now) I don’t think anyone anticipated the impact that would have on Edwards. Clearly it made a big impact.
Deion - remember scoring 5 TDs per game as a kid? Welcome to the PAC12, you can do it here too.4-Star RB Dylan Edwards Commits to Deion Sanders, Colorado; Was a Notre Dame Pledge... From article: "I've known coach Prime since I was four years old," Edwards said, per Fawcett. "He was actually my coach with my dad when I was younger. We are like family. I'm coming to make make big plays and to be the best all-purpose player in the country."
I agree. But I would still argue ND and USC ceiling is still higher. Deion appeals to skill players but I really don’t see OL flocking to CO. OL seem to be more selective and know the value of a good program and what it offers. Which is why ND recruits OL very well. They aren’t trying to win Heisman trophies. That will limit CO.I didn't question Dylan's "character" when he flipped from KSU to ND, so I don't intend to do it now.
USC went from 4-8 to 11-2 in this new era of college football and it wasn't with brilliant coaching, JUCO help or fresh recruits. Mock Colorado Football while you can and don't get caught playing checkers in a chess match.
I prefer this. If you’re going to visit and flip, do it immediately and don’t drag it out so we can find a replacement.I have no problem with the young man choosing a coach he has history with. No problem at all and I wish him luck. I just don’t like him flipping a day after the visit. It wasted a lot of people’s time.
Something to remember is that it’s likely many coaches recruit with the possibility of the transfer portal in mind. Good relations never hurt ND, because things play out in unknown ways. In this sense, it’s not a waste to be magnanimous.
Would’ve been a great late pick up for us. At Colorado, he’s a big fish in a little pond. Meanwhile, JD Price and Love will be just as dynamic for us.What could have been... Freshman Dylan Edwards developing into dynamic playmaker for CU Buffs
Great potential but my thoughts exactly. Colorado will be a draw and hoping to see them on ESPN or where ever myself.Let's be fair here, he's competing against a defense that was either piss poor last year or a bunch of transfers who probably couldn't make the two deep at their original schools.
So what - the kid has both top end speeds plus quick cutting that is pretty rare. Will he be a star at CU? Perhaps. Do I think his loss is a Top 3 loss in this years class? Keeley, Bowen and Dylan were rough losses. Oh and Mr NIL too.Great potential but my thoughts exactly. Colorado will be a draw and hoping to see them on ESPN or where ever myself.
I know it's been stated over and over. Who knows how they pan out but stinks that we lost probably 3 or 4 of the most talented players we had committed in the class. Maybe even 5 because I think Hillman is very talented. So what - the kid has both top end speeds plus quick cutting that is pretty rare. Will he be a star at CU? Perhaps.
