Yeah... I kinda think yall are a little crazy. Kid is a talent. Our being bummed about his flip doesn't mean there's anything out there saying he's a bad guy in the locker room or anything, or even a bad person.

If he wants to come ball and set things straight? I'd be happy with it.

ND is looking like a really good landing spot re: QB talent for the foreseeable future. Are we really gonna start turning talented guys away because they frustrated us?


Got to put our feelings aside a little and take the best kids out there. I understand if theyre demonstrably "bad" people. But I've seen nothing to show CJ is a "bad" kid.

The air raid is not gonna match their local and recruitable talent and they aren’t going to outspend your Oregon’s etc to become any meaningful national recruiting hot spot.

If Purdue can do it, Wiscy definitely can do it. Madison is a hell of a lot nicer than West Lafayette.

If Stuckey was here during his recruitment I see CJ signing with ND.

I think he decommitted for the wrong reasons of listening Riley. USC is going to always get recruits from Mater Dei given their history. I think CJ was sold being on Riley's side vs. Freeman's side.

Like MacIrish75 said above- Williams should look at Purdue given who they just hired as an OC. Wisconsin doesn't come across to me as having a scary WR, Luke must be selling what Riley was selling a year ago.

If any kind door is open I would take him, they have a prior relationship with him, they can sell him on our QB, who can ND count on for a WR? Mayer is gone.
