Guess the ESPN team didn't learn anything about NDSU and only decided to concentrate on the Sanders sisters

Shedeur is very good, but NDSU just doesnt have the athletes on the outside to keep up with these CU skill players. OL is shit but man Hunter, Horn Jr, and Dallan Hayden around Shedeur will keep you in games. Even WR3 Wester had 1,100 yards at FAU last year. Shit WR4 had 2,000 career yards at vanderbilt!

Wtf is this Colorado play-calling?

I know they don't have faith in their run game, but you're giving NDSU time

The knee injury that Max Johnson just sustained in the UNC/MN game was brutal……and they even replayed it in slow motion.

Yeah that was terrible. Feel for the kid.

Good news for him, he still has 2 years remaining, assuming he is out for the year.

This is not your older brother's NDSU. They do a good job getting some good kids that slip under the radar. But the last several years have not been at the level they were say 10-12 years ago. Hard to 1) maintain that level and 2) the portal is not kind to a school in Fargo, ND

Colorado is going to get absolutely steam rolled this year. They do have a tough schedule, but they are such a poorly coached team. If you are unable to run the ball to run out the clock and dependent on a DPI to keep the drive alive, and almost lose the game on a Hail Mary because your DBs are going for an INT against an FCS team... Maybe they get 2 wins this year.

Deion is a terrible coach and his team is going to smacked in the face a lot.

I didn’t catch his post-game comments, so not sure if it just echoed his pre- and in-game stuff, but I was not super jazzed the way he continues to ignore all aspects of his team when given the chance to highlight anyone other than his son.

“What do you think of your defensive response in the third quarter?”

“I’m glad we got #2 getting the ball.”

“You’ve played in one-score games many times, how does that affect this game?”

“Our QB has the ball, I like that.”

Their defense actually played well in the second half (though I question NDSU’s playcalling), but he comes off as a dad coaching his kid, and just so happens to be a former superstar that can also recruit other superstars to play with his kids, sprinkled in with some over-the-top motivational stuff at weird times, rather than a **coach**

He's a grifter. It's one of those things that's so obvious to me that it makes me feel insane when others take him seriously.

He’s clearly just there to boost the profile of his sons and Hunter. I give it high odds he leaves after this year

Wild shit man. He had so much more talent than the NDSU team and won by 6, after NDSU gifted them a momentum-building drive to end the first half by not using up the clock.

Deion really should win 7+ games with the skill talent they have. His son is a very good QB (from my limited viewing), he has 2-3 dynamic WRs, tOSU's castoff RB. That's enough to put up 35 with good coordinators/coaching.

It's probably easier to make a list of teams he HASN'T played for at this point.

JK, good for him. I know he came back to ND in the Spring to earn his degree, and he's a competitive kid even for his shortcomings. (no pun intended). Good luck to him this year at Mizzou!

I would respect this statement more if the pun was intended...

What a long, strange trip these past few weeks have been on the board. We need football. We need kickoff on Saturday night. We need victory. It's almost time.

- WELCOME TO WEEK ONE
- Sneaky okay matchup for two Power 5 schools in week one. Props to UNC for scheduling to go on the road and visit PJ Fleck to open the season.
- The game of the night! Primetime's squad hosts NDSU. Upset Alert!
- Another sneaky good matchup... if Coastal Carolina can move on from Grayson McCall, and if Rich Rod's team takes off in year three under Rich Rod.
- Night Cap! Tune in and watch our old friend Ken Niumatalolo as he begins a new journey, coaching SJSU (no, they aren't running the triple option).

- Scout the future opponent: Army
- Tuning in for potential Upset Alert, but not actually counting on it.
- Will Sparty ever get back on track? Don't care!
- Luke Fickell begins year two at Wiscy, look for the Badgers to somehow surprise people, even though we know how good their coach is.
- Night cap and Game of the Night! Scout the future opponent, and see if they can keep pace with the Horned Frogs.

- BIG NUDE SATURDAY! Let's go Mountaineers!
- Let's go Clark Lea!
- Upset Alert!

- This game interests me more than Akron @ Ohio State (3:30, CBS)
- Really nice FLORIDA MAN matchup. Go Gators? Idk that feels almost as weird as rooting for Miami (FL)
- Chuck Martin's troops travel to Northwestern as a slight underdog... they're gonna win
- This matchup interests me more than several Power 5 teams hosting smaller schools

- GO IRISH. BEAT AGGIES. Protect the ball, move the pocket, don't give up big plays, secure the W.
- Go Tops! Cover the spread!
- Upset Alert?
- I AM putting Kentucky on Upset Alert. I have no evidence to support my belief.
- This interests me more than any number of Power 5 teams playing lesser opponents
You left off Arkansas battling the mighty Golden Lions of UAPB. They won 70-0 w/ Boise St transfer QB leading the offense. UAPB would struggle against a lot of high level HS teams.
