I do have this feeling at times that OSU believes their own greatness and get on the field expecting victory; meanwhile MMFF and staff are grinding away and scheming. Monday comes and Love, Price, and Williams are running and running & catching (some for TDs!) all over the place. And Evans, Faison and our new WR star, Jaden Greathouse are running and YAC-ing all over the field (some for TDs!). I voted with my brain. I think our defense is great but as aggressive as we play it opens up some big plays for the OSU WR’s.

Yes I want to win this game but if they don’t they have impressed the shit out of me. The ability to play with their backs against the wall. Freeman and staff, the university staff and the players did a lot that no one thought they could. Great job.

I think we surprise many and start fast, then hold on in the second half. Denbrock’s game plan will use the backs out of the backfield and the downfield passing game effectively in the first half. We lead 17-10 at halftime. Second half OSU adjusts well, but we grind out a couple of drives on the ground with Leonard and the RBs. 27-20 Irish, final.
