Not sure if these were posted yet but I didn't see them anywhere so here's some interviews posted by Loy and one of Denbrock by WatchND.

ESPN crew trying to throw jabs at Culver's lack of amenities. BWAHAHAHAHA!

Making fun of the room where Bud Adams and Lamar Hunt planned out some alternative to the NFL and across from the hall from the Steinbrenner boys who wouldn't shut up about owning the Yankees someday.

If it wasn't for ND and Miami, it's the most beautiful school in the Midwest.

Wow, you struggle with sarcasm, huh? Immediately after joking about how sparse the barracks rooms are (just like the official WatchND videos did), they went on about how there's a lake and boats and crazy amounts of food and on and on about how over the top the place is. They also praised ND's on-campus facilities as some of the finest in the country and stated that they specifically picked Culver BECAUSE it lacked distractions like televisions, internet, etc.

I'm not giving ESPN any flack for their coverage. From what I've seen they've been very balanced if not complementary of the team and facilities. We can't complain here, I hope more content is posted from their time on campus.

Quality start to the season so far.

Trying to prevent the potential calls for Wimbush, showing faith in Kizer as the clear #2 or misdirection?

Took a call when Kanell was sitting in a rocking chair. Saw them standing in a cafeteria didn't see anything else.

I guess I missed it. I'll let the mothership slide on this one. My bad.

FWIW, I was much higher on Kizer coming out than some and I think he has some really good traits but my feeling about that tweet is the same as when Kelly heaps praise on kids that might not be playing much. Its to keep them vested in the program. I put the chances of him beating out Zaire as 1%.

Not totally. Kanell and Galloway were pretty anti-ND in the segments from the desk. Rece (the one who matters the most in terms of GameDay and whatnot) was almost openly pro-ND.

Thanks for the heads up.

Unfortunately they came back with breaking news about Geno Smith being out 6-10 weeks for a broken jaw he suffered when he was sucker punched by a teammate in the locker room and they are going on and on about that and not showing the ND segment.

Not surprising. That's how your writers/producers script it when they are feeding the personalities. I've spoken to Mark May in AZ on a few occasions. All script to feed on emotions. It's infotainment, I'm an advertising / marketing guy. I get it and it still works on me.

Depends on the program too, though. Mark May versus Lou Holtz was obviously among the most scripted content, with each essentially playing a professional troll for many of their segments. The College GameDay guys with Fowler at the helm had such great chemistry that the scripting could really be kept to a minimum outside of "we'll talk topic XYZ at 10:40" and whatnot. It'll be interesting to see how that carries over with Rece Davis running the show.

‘College GameDay,’ as we know it, is over | For The Win

You can’t create chemistry and chemistry is the engine that powers College GameDay, the best program, by far, on ESPN. Fowler, Kirk Herbstreit and Lee Corso worked together for almost 20 years and their familiarity and comfort is evident in the way they listen, interrupt, mock and laugh during their two hours on set. They also excel at letting the viewer in on the joke. It’s a hard thing to do on TV — make the viewer feel as if he or she is part of the program. But week after week viewers tuned in and when Corso said something ridiculous and Herbstreit put his head in his hands, we laughed too, like we were sitting right there.

On BVG Scheme

An eloquent and confident speaker, Redfield has carried 18-credit academic course loads at Notre Dame per semester, most notably learning Mandarin Chinese. When asked whether VanGorder's defense or Chinese was more difficult, he paused.
"That's a pretty good question," he responded. "I would say consistently being successful in that scheme is harder than learning Chinese.

Does it state in the 2014 ND Football Cliff Notes that Joe Schmidt was the only player injured on the Irish defense last year and does everyone in the sports drive thru media subscribe to Cliff Notes?

Wish ESPN would've said something about putting the ND thing on ESPN2 so they could keep talking about Geno Smith's broken jaw.

Oh my god, who the hell cares.

Actually, Geno threw the first punch, but it was intercepted.

So sad that the comment was how we "fell apart after losing one player" when that's not even close to the truth.

I don't think that the point is a detailed analysis of what happened last year, but more a comment on how important Schmidt is to the defense with the leadership he provides. Brian Kelly has made similar comments. It's an important angle to the story of why Notre Dame is starting a linebacker whose high school resume wouldn't even have him in the same locker room as an athlete like Jaylon Smith, let alone acting as the team's leader.

Watching the interviews with our guys gets me jazzed up for exactly why I'm an ND fan. These young men are SO well-spoken and articulate! It's such a refreshing change from some of the interviews that come out of other, unnamed institutions. (U$C, Florida State, Alabama - aw Hell, the whole SEC, minus Vandy... Okay, I lied and named some!)

KeiVarae's interview specifically got me jacked. That kid is not only a freak athlete, but he's got the swagger to go along with it!

Opposing team's scouting reports for the upcoming season:

Sick spin move by Brent. Pretty horrible throw by Malik on the Watkins pick.

Is this serious? They let him run the account and he troll jobbed about pushing Zaire and they took it away? That's utterly hilarious if true.

I think that would be a pretty complex story to lie about, so I'd like to believe it was a joke...

BUT, there was an official picture and a link that accompanied the tweet. Curious as to what the link went to, if DeShone really did it and was just messing around. Hopefully it was a link to a troll gif or something.
