If it is legit then the staff must really have to like him. Otherwise we have no need for numbers at this point. I guess we'll know soon enough. In the meantime I'll have to watch some video and see whats out there.

Agree the offer seems questionable right now.

FWIW, Loy just changed his CB to Arkansas so the offer must not be as initially reported.

Lawrence Cager (Cager 247), from Maryland, said he is visiting OSU and ND this month. He has reported this for a while, he seems to really want both offers. Big WR who is at the Opening. He measured in at 6'4.5", 195#. He did not run the 40, otherwise, 20: 3.94s, Powerball: 35.0, Vert: 39.1". His hamstring was tight so he scratched his time which was 4.7 in the 40. He has run 4.6s recently. Also good friends with Ashton White.

Elijah was not a composite 4 star until recently (per his thread). Tiassum still isn't one, and neither is CJ.

You can't just update the composite ranking. It's a formulation of all the major recruiting services rankings put together. It appears 247 recalculated the composite today based on a recent Scout.com update

Well considering that the composite relies on how 4 different sites rank a player, it's not all dependent on 247.

Not going to look for their individual threads so I'll leave it here. Arthur McGinnis and Cordell abroad us are essentially off the board. We like other WR's better than broadus and he seems like a lock for USC/UCLA. McGinnis there looks won't be space for. Coney and Bilal take those two spots. Per Loy.
