Very brief, but there was finally a Jarron Jones sighting. Really hope he's a player this year.

We're seeing only what FIDM very consciously chooses to reveal. Maybe it's a inside joke that they're only showing Tuitt struggling, or maybe it's a serious attempt at misdirection. But I have a very hard time believing that's a representative sample of Tuitt's performance.

What do we think he is, 20 lbs over ideal weight? His burst, quickness, initial getoff may be slightly hindered by that weight, but it will not nullify his incredible talent. Something is up.

I think most expect more of Day this year than KLM last year.

Is Tuitt just in 'I know what it takes on game day and I'm going to save it for then' mode? He was pedestrian in the spring game, too. No reports about his injury still bothering him, so I hope it's just a mental thing.

I dont believe he played in the spring game because of his hernia. It is a bit alarming that he has gotten that big, but we will see.

If Tuitt was genuinely struggling/ mailing it in, I'm certain the last thing FIDM would be doing is highlighting it in small daily videos for the hardcore fans. It just doesn't make sense.

He did play, but he didn't do anything in the game. BK was joking with him on the sidelines about sandbagging it.

I think it's a mental thing with Tuitt right now. If Kelly keeps it a Tuitt vs. Martin all year it will better both of them throughout the season.

I'm thinking/hoping Whiskey's theory is right. It's not smart to make much of these videos, but it doesn't seem like Rabassa is ever going to be a real player for us. He was pretty hyped up so that's a bummer.

KR has some serious 1 vs. 1 skills. He's going to be labeled a shutdown corner going into his junior year.

Exactly, you don't put **** like that in free content because I'm certain some poor ******* looks through these videos for anything. In an age where everything is analyzed, you better believe fans and foes are watching these trying to form some conclusions. It has to be misdirection because you usually don't get far into a video without a positive Tuitt play.

I am hoping that Ishaq Williams has a breakout year for us.

I can agree with that, but hopefully instead of being mainly a third down guy he gets more playing time this year.

Kelly mentioned Mahone had a lot better hands than they thought and he's been getting some decent work in the slot. I'm pretty sure it was Mahone making a nice grab in the practice video from today. Hope he can contribute some, he's kind of the forgotten man with the shiny new freshmen.

Yeah, I think it's just some truncated/misleading wording... people saying "return uncertain" actually mean "the date/timetable for his return is unclear".

Think about it. Why on earth would someone quit their career because a sibling died? Would make literally zero sense.
