Here's the part for those that can't/don't want to open the link.

In an Oct. 15 game against Bear Creek, the 6-foot-3, 232-pound prospect suffered a concussion so massive he was unconscious for about two hours. The injury ended his prep career six games into his senior season.

...was thinking the same thing...that culture might exist amongst the players to some degree, but the staff and Dr.s are way more conservative.

If he got KO'd that could be most of camp and some...

edit: and I said that before I saw the 2 hour KO...even more serious.

I think BK wants to wait to name the starter as long as he feels he can without it being obvious (but to me it's already becoming clear with all of the "smoke" surrounding Golson's reps since camp started), so as to prevent Hendrix from looking into a potential transfer.

I know a few posters have mentioned multiple times that they doubt AH tranfers because of his academic progress, but I can see BK playing it safe and saving depth anyway.

It really helped Florida against the tougher teams when Tebow was an underclassman and they won the NC.

I actually like rooming them together. You put your most experience player at the position with the guy who looks like he is going to be the starter. Hopefully Golson can pick up a few of Tommy's good traits.

On the other hand, I hope they gave EG a turnover vaccine before he settled in.
