BK already hates scUM more than most opposing teams. You can tell that he openly does not like them, and that's not usually the case for him. You can bet he hates Stanford and David Shaw, but he treats that week and talks about them like they're any other opponent. I've heard in a few places that BK has a personal beef with scUM because they hired Rich Rod over him back in the day.

If this is true, and our staff thinks it's beyond "recruiting is crazy," I hope BK runs up the score this year, instead of going into a shell like last year.

Because we ARE going to control that game. I hope BK lets Ian do his thing and keeps the foot on the gas.

I would imagine that coaching in Michigan, but not AT Michigan, for as long as BK did, you might develop some opinions about UM.
Either way, if true, that tale says more about Harbaugh than anyone else in this situation. And it’s not even a good burn. ND people seem way more excited about Tyree than they are bummed about losing McGregor to Home State U. That happens all the time. And on the Friday night of a holiday weekend I doubt anyone outside of ND and Michigan even noticed.

Yeah but I expect it from Harbaugh, he’s a dirtbag. To form relationships with both other recruits and Elston and to play along with a charade is just low class by this family. I know it happens in recruiting so I’m definitely not shocked.

I think we owe it to ourselves to believe and repeat every bad thing that is written about McGregor and all his maize yellow brothers. I just can't help but suspect that there is something seriously wrong with all of them.

But I do think its classy as heck for ND fans to leave his family out of it--after all, you can't chose your family. But I can understand how some people get carried away and assume that they are all terrible people since they did allow their son to commit to JH... What an awful, awful thing.
