Win or lose, watch this guy if you haven't. Obviously we want both, but I think he's better than McGregor and we are lucky to have this kind of edge rusher.

I also think the German kid will be a starting SDE for us:

Not sure how we can compare the two when they will be playing different positions. It’s like asking who’s better, Okwara or Kareem?

IDK that that's true. If you ask McGregor, he thinks Jordan is a LB and he (McGregor) will be playing WDE.

But you're right, they should play different positions. Jodan, Colorado, Millis, and McGregor (with German kid being a 5 year player) just makes too much sense. But we know how fluid positions are, and McGregor has voiced his expectations as to what position he'll play.

If McGregor’s weight is close to accurate, there’s no little doubt in my mind that he’ll play college ball around 270. And I thought there were multiple reports that Jordan was a WDE all the way.

After Jordan committed, there was an ISD article on McGregor and he was quoted saying something along the lines as he wasn't sure how that would work since they'd play the same position, but he spoke to the ND coaches and they said Jordan would play more LB and Braiden at the drop.

That was ~ a month ago. Maybe there's been more recent info, but that was the last I heard from Braiden's mouth.

But you're right - perception isn't reality, and he'll likely be the SDE regardless of where he goes just due to natural size.

Fours before his commitment and no one seems to have a clue. Bravo, Braiden.

I’ll shotgun two beers if he commits to the Irish.

I will even attempt to upload a video.

Fvck Michigan.

I am thinking Florida. He said he is going to surprise people and he is coming off their visit. Also, he seems like he may be a little impulsive and capable of an emotion based decision based on his nearly committing to ND on his visit.

I think if picks UM this could be one of the most over-hyped and over-analyzed decisions.... surprise... I picked the school I live down the road from.

Braiden is the biggest want for me in this class and has been for some time. He has the athleticism to be a huge DROP end but also the size to be an extremely athletic SDE. Dude can play either. Maybe the staff has a preference but I'm certain he could play either at a very high level.

I don't put much stock in those Opening testing numbers...watch his tape and watch his basketball clips also. He's a very good athlete for his size. Well, he's a very good athlete at any size but especially at 6'5" plus, and 250ish lbs.

Wherever he ends up...he's gonna be really good.

FWIW the Michigan board on 24/7 is saying that they don't know, but all other teams he's been in talks with think it's Michigan.
