Hartman would've had a better year if Rees was his OC rather than Parker; he didn't help Hartman out at all. ND also didn't have a #1 WR.

Leonard (who we can thank Hartman for) is coming into a better situation than Hartman did last year.

100%, other than the less experienced OL. Big upgrade to OC, more experienced and proven WRs, RB room loses a little without Estime but still strong. I bet Hartman takes that scenario over the Parker fiasco.

So far, for sure. Leonard has a higher ceiling. But Hartman was a capable passer. With this year’s WR crew he’d be doing just fine (and we’d be undefeated).

I agree, if Hartman had the personal & the WR's that Leonard has now last season Hartman would've had better stats and could've gotten drafted late.

Leonard is a week-week evaluation for me so far.

Hartman had difficulty beating good defenses and is no longer in football. The bar is not high, but Hartman was a better throwing QB against average defenses.
