Well, he essentially said that the only thing that matters is making it to the NFL. ND is not a football only school. I don't mind the confidence but if that's all that matters, I find it hard to believe he wants to spend several hours a week on classroom work at ND. That's all. I'm not saying that he's a bad kid, he just might not want what ND is.

From a football perspective he's definitely not the 6'6 some sites have him listed at. You can tell from pics that he's more in the range of 6'3-6'4. Not a huge deal, just an observation.

Edit: looks like 247 has lowered his height to 6'4 so the previous post isn't as relevant.

I didn't mind the interview at all. Be single-minded in your pursuits but understand that football is one part of the equation. Learning responsibility, how to handle money, how to work with others, etc. These are all important to NFL teams and determine how successful/fulfilling your life can be.

I'd still love Jeter to join this team. He'd be good for ND and ND would be good for him. He obviously has the drive and commits himself, those are the players I want. Cockiness be damned.

As a math teacher, I thought that picture was hilarious. I'm pretty sure he or someone else just wrote random numbers and whatever other math equations (like y = mx + b) they could think of on the board.

This board dogs on guys like Jeter for being cocky, but they love guys like Boudreaux. I'm a fan of both guys, but if you are completely okay with Boudreaux but have a problem with Jeter's behavior...
