It's simple...ND put a stipulation on his EE and he didn't like it. He and Malone-Hatcher have both taken shots at ND and Kelly. No worries though we'll see both of them in '18 hopefully ND gets the last laugh

Yeah. Normally, if a kid picks another school over ND, then you shouldn't think anything bad of him. But if he's going to go out of his way to badmouth the school and the coach, then he can go pound sand.

Just because he's an 18 year old, doesn't mean he isn't liable for the things he says. This was dumb on his part.

Jeter is too talented to be a flop IMO. Especially after he re-shapped his body and lost a bunch of weight. Only way he'll flop if he's just a complete head case off the field. Very talented player though and he got himself in shape and that's going to pay big dividends for him.

Malone-Hatcher will most definitely be a bit of a flop IMO. Not every kid is going to be a star though. He'll probably be a back up for a few years and then transfer. He's just not that good IMO.

Kinda sorta. He played his freshman year at Vandy and told the staff he wanted to transfer to Pitt. Stallings wouldn't release him so he enrolled at a juco but never played. He then graduated, enrolled at Pitt and was eligible to play immediately with a full 3 years to play. In the meantime, Jamie Dixon left Pitt and they hired Kevin Stallings. Sheldon's now starting at Pitt... for Stallings.

So him going to a juco was about him circumnavigating Stallings blocking his transfer to Pitt, not because of grades or him not having a DI program to transfer to.

Jeter's team is playing my alma mater for the PA state championship in 3A on Saturday. I hope this guy doesn't make the difference in the game. Middletown is a very athletic team all around and has a couple of pretty good backs. They win by spreading teams out so their relative size and power isn't as much a factor. If Jeter is the monster that some think, I suspect he will give me a reason to dislike him more than I already do. I'm going to the game so I'll report back, if anyone is interested.
