Guess we'll see
Watch yourself. Isn't Coach D like a god around here?
From my understanding, he is great in film breakdown, both in season and recruits. He's not, however, dialed in with recruits and where they are going. We all have our short coming. Can't be great at everything.
Any chance that he'd come for the Stanford game or banquet if EQ balls out?

I wouldn't put his dad as a helicopter parent. You could say the same about 75% of parents. If the kid's dad is a helicopter parent and his son's final two choices are Stanford and Notre Dame, then I think he's doing a pretty good job.
I would. He's been that way for his boys their entire lives. Whether we agree with that style of parenting or whether it has worked for him is beside the point. Everything has been a plan, including marrying someone who was athletic enough to spawn supreme athletes (his words). There were red flags all over his first interview he gave with ISD, as many of his quotes were kind of jarring. Sorry, while parents can be nuts, 75% of parents are not that extreme...not even close.
So, many of us predicted him dropping complaints a long time ago. That said, the dude does know his shit when it comes to strength and conditioning, and as long as it doesn't become a major distraction, I think his kids are worth it, and I look forward to EQ balling out this year.
Hire him to fire Longo. If the worry is that the elder St. Brown could become a disgruntled parent over his unhappiness with his son's strength/conditioning/nutrition, put him in a role to actively prevent his gripes haha.

Kind of a Harbaugh move, if the two younger kids had any interest in UM and Harbaugh wanted them bad he'd have daddy a job offer in seconds.

Anyone who doesn't go to ND has shitty parents IMO.

Didn't wiltfong expect at least one commitment while he was on vacation?
I wish we somehow end up landing this kid if you compare the two.
ND is where his brother is at, better exposure on a national level, more games on prime time, academics are even with Stanford, gets to play in front of a a sell out crowd.
Stanford: he gets to play right away, closer to home. I wonder why he would commit to Stanford though even he hasn't been accepted yet?
