Not happy to say it, but Auburn has had a lot of great DLs the past decade. Currently Lawson is probably a top 10 guy at his position. Down year, but they won't be down for long I'm afraid. Young team that just needs a QB and time to mature IMO.

Yeah. If his goal is the NFL, Auburn's a fine choice. He won't have to play school. He wouldn't have as much competition to see the field as at Alabama. And odds are they'll be very good at least one of the three seasons he's there. All of the above also applies at Ole Miss.
Wouldn't be my choice. But I kind of get it. Just hope he doesn't got to USC.

Yep, Ole Miss is looking real good DL wise too. At least one top 10 position guy, and probably 2 more in the top 25 or close to it. Pretty damn strong.

Apparently Little was ready to commit to Ole Miss and then the day he was to announce he decided to delay it. Some believe his delaying it favored Bama who is pushing hard for him. Don't know much more than that.

I think Bama is losing the bidding war and made a last second counter offer good enough to make him think about it.

I say this with admitted jealousy, but Alabama sure has its share of struggles for having a top 2 recruiting class 5 years in a row. I honestly think Brian Kelly--with that roster and defensive staff--would be completely unstoppable. Most games would be in the 45-3 range.

If he choses Bama, Rashan Gary will disappear into a blackhole of 5-stars, only to remerge and get drafted in round 1 of 2020.

Not really. Michigan has a lot of pull with this year's crop of New Jersey players, and Ole Miss pays its players really, really well.
