Okay so I know some of you hate threads created when there is no ND interest but its the offseason so I don't care. There is a small link, he goes to the same school as Quincy Wilson and Richard Yeargin. This kid is freaking amazing. Can't believe I'm old enough where Isaac Bruce's nephew is a recruit. Bruce was one of my favorites growing up.

Sam was the #1 Overall Offensive Player at a recent 7-7, ahead of Ermon Lane (#1 WR in 2014)

I gotta say I'm sometimes confused by the offering strategy. Some elite 2015 kids still lacking offers while 2016 kids are getting them.

”Rich is always telling me to commit to Notre Dame and he said that he won’t stop working on me until I sign on my Signing Day,” Bruce told BlueandGold.com. “I’ve talked to Coach Alford and I see why Rich likes him and the school so much. I definitely have them in my top five, but I’m not focusing on recruiting too much right now.”
