You could be a motivational speaker...if the goal was to get people to kill themselves.

Everyone gave Fuller shit about dropping balls but he is worse. When he catches the rock the dude is lights out. He has great wheels to burn guys but getting him to catch the ball on a consistent basis is an issue.

Just me or is Stepherson the only receiver on our entire team who plays like he gives a damn?

Claypool and fink play tough. Stepherson is the only one playing with confidence though.

Claypool's hot and cold. He drops him some passes. I'll give you Finke, but he's not a a difference-maker as a receiver. Stepherson is easily the best WR on the team right now, and it's not just because of talent.

Finke has a huge heart and effort but is slacking in the talent department. Even though I still think he could be a good serviceable receiver. But just like sanders they never see the field baffles me.

Just because you drop a pass or two doesn't mean you aren't playing hard as in the case of Claypool. The kid plays hard and that includes special teams. Stepherson also has a case of the drops.

@NDinBoston. Do you believe these guys? They think Stepherson is the best WR on the team. You believe this craziness.’

Not to defend anyone in particular, but it must be tough to go into a game as a WR and know your QB has very erratic accuracy.

If I was ESB, I’d be pissed right now. Got hung out on some BS curl route. Wimbush was terrible early on. He’s dangerous to this team and players.

Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't. Believe it or not but in the rain gloves are not as reliable as your bare hands.

I've heard people say Under Armour gloves in particular are slick when it rains. And Stepherson was a guy who never used gloves until college I believe, so he is probably more attuned to that.

He's excellent at creating space and getting open. That's something every other WR on ND's team seems to struggle with this year. His hands are suspect, but I can live with that as long as he keeps making big plays. On a side note, anyone else notice that he almost dropped the long TD? They showed the replay from one angle where you can tell the ball starts to come out as he was going down. It definitely never hit the ground so the catch was never in question, but it was far from a clean catch and would have been a devastating drop. Hope he can clean that up, because he's by far the best deep threat the Irish have and possibly the best WR overall at this point.

Someone here commented about a sensational catch Michael Floyd made during his rookie season and what a talent he was. I mentioned that during a post game interview Floyd thanked Tommy Rees for everything he (Floyd) was. "Without Tommy Rees I would never have been prepared for that kind of pass. Tommy challenged receivers to give their all on every play."

And no, I don't use the Italic font.

Has been suspended indefinitely along with CJ Holmes from all football related activities. Can't link the tweet right now but it's from Bertsch

Have to wonder if that might be the last straw after spending so much time in Kelly's dog house.

They both made a very stupid decision and it cost them. Never understand why guys that are given all these opportunities make dumb decisions. Especially KJ who just got back to playing.

Anything you can elaborate on? I understand if not...
