Now that he's fully recovered, he'll probably light it up this season.

I really hope so, we need more ND players garnering national attention in the league. We have our OL getting accolades, a couple stalwart TEs and Harrison Smith.

A dominating LB'er would be a great addition.

Plus, no one has earned more than Jaylon Smith. Tireless worker, fantastic character.

It's been odd having so many ND players I really liked play for Big D... I'm so used to hating all over them year after year that kind of rooting for them over the last 10 years or so still feels very strange.

Hate to bad mouth a former ND player (and not just saying this cause I’m a saints fan), but Jaylon has been throwing some pretty dangerous hits this game. Can count a few times where he just leads with his helmet to make a hit.

Yeah that hit on Kamara was pretty bad. Needs to stop launching himself at players because he’s going to seriously injure others or himself.

Football will always be football and you'll never stop guys with Jaylon's ability. I never liked the Cowboy thing. Altho, I'm rooting for every ND guy in the land.
The NFL Is rather weak, let's not be another Will Smith 'Concussion' freak. Jaylon should keep doing exactly what he's doing.

Love Jaylon and root for the hated Cowboys because he and Zach... was glad to see him win PotG and love seeing him get past his injury.,,, but yep, that one hit should have been flagged. He needs to clean that up.

Wrong. Instead of launching yourself off your feet with the crown of your helmet to another’s helmet, tackle the right way, staying on your feet squaring up your shoulders and tackling with your arms and mid section. It doesn’t change your effectiveness to tackle the right way and it prevents you and the ball carrier from sustaining some life altering Head or neck injury

what a steal that draft class of him and zeke turned out to be for Jerry and the boys.

basically scored two all pros in the first two picks. doesn't happen often.
